I love this superstore. Good prices and good staff. I like going here for all the vegan and organic items they carry. There are always lots of sales on alot of items and I end up always leaving with stuff that I want and although I sometimes have touble finding what I need the staff is always willing to help out! I don't go anywhere else for shopping!

Everything at my location is great. They have good value and selection. My one major peeve is they stopped giving optimum points per dollar spent in store. You can only get points at the pump now unless you have their optimum visa. Which carries a annual service fee that eats up any saving from points you earned. Kind pointless isn't it.

I understand that the staff maybe stressed right now, but the rudeness I experienced today is uncalled for. When our family moved to Camrose, I was so happy there was a Superstore to shop in. This is a store I have grocery shopped at for over 14 years, all across our great country of Canada. However, today was not my first experience with rude staff at this location. Employees here are rarely helpful, appear to be angry and have no clue how to offer a good customer experience. Not once, in the three months that I have shopped here, has a staff member, other than the cashier checking me out - has ever said hello! Not even a smile from floor staff. In fact, I have been glared at on many occasions now, shopping for products in the areas they are stocking. I will admit, there are a couple of younger boys, working part-time, that have always been happy and helpful, with big smiles and I thank them for that. But sadly, they are just not enough for me to continue to shop at this location. Grocery shopping is not fun, and I would rather spent our money in the other grocery stores in our community, that understand what good customer service is. They maybe a little pricer, but the environment is also a much better experience. Even if you hate your job.. at least try and fake it... a smile goes a long way when you work with the public.

Management knows nothing. PC points are a waste of time. Nobody has the smarts to understand how PC points actually work. What can you expect when you hire teenagers. The one teenager became mouthy with me when discussing how to redeem points. Then she tells her so called manager that I called her names which is a lie. If you have any problems here, don't expect them to get resolved as management and front end staff are incompetent.

Camrose Superstore is Huge! And clean and bright. Same product as Edmonton. Lots of bright summer clothes still available at good sales Nov 2019. Think the produce is better than what is available from 137 Ave Superstore.

No complaints about service but their products can be a little misleading. I picked up what they say is and looks like a "Pumpkin Cheesecake" for my family for dessert and it turns out when you dig in to it, it's actually just a cake with a cheesecake topper.

I have a huge family, so I'm here at least every couple weeks. They are very consistent, produce is fresh, they are good about rotating out older stock, and if your carful you can find some great deals. Lots of product goes in 30% off and you can find these deals with big pink stickers on shelves, but also watch for rolling carts that have more stock. If your going to shop here, sing up for the members points, and install the app. They send coupon s that are automatically redeemed, and if you spend more that $250 in a single visit they will give you a gift.

Bought the pc brand of coffee, they have changed their design on the pods for the kurig 2.0, it doesn't work in the kurig 2.0. They refuse to return the package because its been opened. How am I supposed to know they are defective if I don't try them? Poor customer service and won't back their own products.

Superstore has almost been the kind of place I feel dirty going into. The people that work there hate their jobs. Can't find anything. No one knows where anything is, and that's if they are willing to help you try and find something. Odds are they will try and say, "Let me go somewhere else in the store and hope you don't find me... I mean, let me see if I can find someone to help you..."

My experience at the Camrose Superstore was excellent. I was very excited to find that they sold horseradish and Girl Guide cookies. The selection of items is phenomenal, as are the prices. We used the self checkout and Anthany the employee attending to it was very friendly and helpful.

Rude staff! The rudest staff in the universe. I mean If you want Guinness world record for the rudest staff go here. Once I was shopping there was a bunch of stuff in my cart that did not have price tags and I was at cash register. I asked the cashier if she could check the prices. The cashier there was extremely unexperienced and did not know how to do that so she called the assistant manager to help. When she came I asked if she could check the prices but she yelled "I get that sir" like an ill mannered two year old. After that she started to yell the prices of my stuff out loud so everyone could here. People looked at me like I was a criminal and I was harassed. I mean is that how you treat customers that are giving you business. She basically threw hundreds of dollars of future purchases in the trash.

Management is not effective or decisive. I had a complaint about an item post price being different than scanned price and a cashier being terribly rude to me. When I asked to speak with the store Manager @ real Canadian super store, she came, listened. To me and said OK! The never even said an apology or mentioned that she will do any action. I was totally surprised by this management style.

Good store but the customer service staff is extremely rude. My mom and i went there to grab a few things and she has limited mobility and needed a scooter witch requires a key so i stand there for a good 5 to 10 minutes while she has a conversation with someone and once that was done i asked if i could get a key for the cart and she rudely says "yep" grabs the key and proceeded to aggressively throw it on the counter at me i daid "Thank you" while she ignored me and was very rude will never shop there again. Horrible's customer service

Terrible customer service. The produce section routinely looks like it's been picked over and always has items missing. Even when I can apparently order online for pickup when I go into the store they always are missing key items. Like Kale, pineapples, and many more. The manager either needs to really get ahead of his produce department or make way for someone who can properly manage it and makesure they have proper stock and that they rotate it so there isn't produce that looks like it came out of a compost bin.

Funny how they dont have flyer items in stock and say they got shorted or cant get but mysteriously first thing in the morning the day after the sale is over the shelves are full of the items again at the regular prices. We shop at the superstore weekly and are quite happy with their service and selection but we are heading to a friends place in BC and they asked us to pick them up in case of Ardbeg Uigeadail at the real Canadian liquor store. As this is a fairly high and whiskey I thought I'd call and order some in The lady immediately said no we don't Stock it. I asked you don't have any in right now and she told me that can't get it. so I called the real Canadian liquor store in south Edmonton and they told me yes they have it but only about three bottles so try the one calgary trail and sure enough they have a case in stock.
