Amazing customer service. The ladies were so kind and genuine. Anna allowed me to try on as many dresses as I wanted and kept giving me endless styles to try out. Not only did I find the perfect dress, they made me and my friends feel so confident. I would recommend this store to anyone trying to find that perfect dress. It felt even better to support a store that gave each person one on one attention and genuinely took the time to make sure every customer is pleased. You don’t seem to find that very often anymore but at “Prom Forever” you do!

We came here to go shopping for a prom dress. Rina was very helpful and she was also very professional and kind. She was very patient and allowed us to try on all the dresses, even recommended a couple that she wanted us to try. First off, the place was crowded. Could barely move from one end of the store to another. A lady came to us and said she overbooked and to just work with her. She let us pick five dresses and put me in a changeroom. When I was changed, she barely let me go out to show my mom. (Thats if I could get out of the changeroom) She wanted me in and out as soon as possible which didn't make me feel like I was enjoying wearing the dresses at all. Overall we were in and out in about 15 minutes and felt completely unwanted.

The lady was so so kind. When uncertain with a dress, she let us come back and exchange it. She also provided a number to her steamstress that would adjust the straps. All in all, I recommend coming here.

Nice dresses. Useless rude staff. Only let me try on 4 dresses even with an appointment. Wanted me to hurry up to free up a change room. And didnt talk to me once. I waited for her to clip me up as I was standing there holding the clips cause she left them on the last dress that I had to struggle to get out of. Then she walked over without pausing her conversation and just unzipped me then walked away. Like um nope I need done up.... I havent even tried it on yet.

I bought a grad dress from there yesterday and I was amazed! The quality and uniqueness of the dress was priceless to me, even though the price was very reasonable, and the owner was extremely helpful and kind to me. She cares about your experience and your love for a dress more than making a sale, which is more than you can say about other gown retailers, and she's very honest and accommodating with her customers. I will recommend this store to all of my friends looking for grad dresses!

Staff was very rude. The lady “helping” me asked my dress size and when I told her it depends on the dress/dress style she scoffed at me and rolled her eyes. Same as when I asked if they had any shorter dresses. I would not recommend this store to anyone solely because of their staff.

Attended with my sisters to look for bridesmaid dresses. The mall is a ghost town but this store had a great selection of beautiful dresses. The sales people were very helpful and accommodating. We were given a great deal for buying more than one dress. Would definitely recommend.

We live in northwest Calgary and this was the first grad dress store we looked at. We were very pleasantly surprised with the quality and selection of dresses. There are colours and styles for grad as well as any fancy dress occasion. The service was first-rate - Rina was amazing and we felt like we had our own personal shopper. We walked out of the store with a grad dress for my daughter - first day, first attempt. Thanks!!

Terrible experience here last fall. The owner said to my daughter that she didn’t think bigger girls would like to wear the colour pink (they had Navy Blue and Burgundy colours for a size 16 grad dress) Disgusted with this shop.

Rina is extremely accommodating, friendly and kind. I asked for a last minute appointment as we were travelling in from Edmonton. Although she was fully booked that day, she squeezed us in. She was so friendly and helpful. Her prices were very reasonable, and she had a great selection of dresses. Although we didn't purchase a dress from Prom Forever (simply because we couldn't get off the Deerfoot :-) ), I would recommend this store to anyone looking for a grad dress.

This was the first place I visited for a grad dress back in November and it was great! I tried on about 6 dresses and found the one. They say it usually takes about 3-4 months and mine only took 3! They were very nice and accommodating, knowing that graduation is very important for everyone shopping there. They have EVERY dress you could imagine! Definitely recommend:)

A store specifically designed for grad? YES. Selection is great, love that it's organized by colour, and the ladies that work there are both friendly and efficient. Finally! More selection than either bride stores or Oksana's! The place is great guys.

Terrible experience. I booked an appointment in advance for my sister. When we got there, we were told she overbooked. The place was extremely crowded. There's one mirror, 4 change rooms and about 7 Grads trying to try dresses. The employee would not let my sister out of the change room to show us dresses and she couldn't even look at herself in the mirror. Sizes carried were very small and comments were continually made when dresses would not fit. After being in the store for only 25 minutes the employee kept asking "are you done yet". The experience made my sister feel horrible and extremely unvalued and uncomfortable during her was supposed to be an exciting and special experience.

I usually have a hard time finding dresses I like. After trying a few stores with no luck, the lady who helped me here was super patient and understood what I was looking for. They have a beautiful selection of gowns, I'm really happy with my purchase and would definitely come here first next time.

I wanted to thank Prom Forever! Beautiful options, really fair prices, kind and helpful staff. My sister and I were looking for bridesmaid dresses here recently, even though this is not a bridal store. I called to inquire about an appointment and ask about a dress from their website, I got the owner on the line, she was SO helpful, and even though she was really busy on the day we wanted, she said she would make it work. Lo-and-behold we arrive for our appointment and I notice that their sign says they don't open for another hour. SHE OPENED HER STORE A HOUR EARLY JUST FOR US. We had a great time, LOVED the options, they could accommodate our timeline, made all the bridesmaids feel great. Thanks again Prom Forever.

Pretty much all the dresses are size 0-4. If you’re larger, you get the plus size rack along the wall. Way too many people in the store at one time. It’s by appointment but 4 groups in that space with one person working? Sales lady was very cold and rushed. Not a great experience. Would not recommend.

TERRIBLE experience. This dress shopping was supposed to be a happy and fun experience for my daughter but the staff, a woman, was so rude and unwelcoming. She shamed my daughter for her size and was very disrespectful. Almost all sizes were small. So she gave my daughter few big sizes to try it saying these are the only dresses she can try it. SHAME ON HER!! MY DAUGHTER WAS CRYING IN THE CAR! She isn't used to dealing with adolescent delicacy. She helped another girl and left my daughter to zip up her own dress even though she said she would clip it for her. Worst experience ever!

The store expects you to remove shoes to enter. They have hardwood floor and provide no slippers, or place to put your shoes. Are they out of their mind? to the response from the owner: This is EASILY solved by putting dress racks on something that's slightly above floor level. You CHOOSE to drag them along the floor. This is YOUR fault in planning and execution. YOU made a mistake. It is ridiculous that you are making excuses for this.

Just bought a beautiful grad dress for our daughter! We definitely had our doubts that she would find a dress because she’s so picky. However, we had amazing help from Rina! She went above and beyond to ensure we found the most amazing dress, and we’re grateful for her patience, kindness and expertise. We went to countless other stores, Echo Bridal, Oksana’s and bridal stores and none of them had the selection that Prom Forever had. Not to mention, the level of customer service was not at all comparable. Would highly recommend to anyone shopping for grad!

Staff was very rude.. When I asked when it will have new arrival after my daughter try on and can't find a perfect one she likes. The staff was very rude, scoff and answered" NO MORE". I think maybe we spent her time but didn't buy anything. So bad experience.

Took my daughter her after asking about plus size dresses, I was told they had lots. Showed up to zero help to choose dresses, and they had none that fit. They didn't even offer to help in anyway. Everything was size 0-12. My daughter left feeling awful and upset. Thankfully I took her to oksanas and they treated her like gold and she tried on over 20 dresses that fit! And found the perfect dress.
