I just finished shopping at this store. Superb assistance by Karina. Another customer helped as well. I usually go shopping with my husband so that someone can let me know if the clothes fit me well but he is working. Good thing Karina and another customer gave me their honest opinion. I have been exercising for the past few months and my clothes are becoming big. I wasn’t too sure if one size down was good enough but Karina said that 2sizes down might be good. And she was right. I appreciate Karina’s help and I always enjoy visiting this store as the staff are always helpful.

Overview: What I would expect from an Old Navy but with staff that were above and beyond. Staff: There were two people that we interacted with while there and they were amazing. Wish I saw more people like them. Cleanliness/moderness: Clean and modern to what I’d expect from an Old Navy store. Would I go back? Yes, those staff made it a great experience and were helpful in accommodating us.

I used to love Old Navy, but I find that the quality of their clothes isn’t that great anymore … Things don’t last all that long or fit that great. I also find it frustrating that the wait is so long whether you want to try something on, or pay for items after trying them on. I don’t have the patience to last through the long line and often just give up.

Ok ... one word: WOW. I never shopped at Old Navy until last year. I bought a single dress for dirt cheap and was beyond surprised that it lasted more than a wash. I decided to go back this year thinking the dress purchase was a fluke, and to my utter amazement, I found oodles of items with shockingly low prices!! FANTASTIC selection of items. I have had so many compliments on my summer wardrobe, and love the shocked faces of friends when I say 'only $12'! I always thought I didn't have an Old Navy body because they're affiliated with Banana Republic. I couldn't have been more wrong. :)

Tonight, there were three cashiers serving people at the tills, and I was next in line. Nobody else behind me. One cashier finishes with her customer, and I start stepping forward toward her till, and she walks away. Next cashier finishes with her customer, and same thing. Walks away. At this point I had been waiting a while. I nearly dropped my items and walked out.

I picked up my online order. I thought picking it up in store was faster since they had a dedicated area for online pick ups. Well, totally not the case! I stood there, nobody there to help you. There was 1 cashier helping 1 customer. After she finished with 1 customer, she helped the next customer. She finally came over to me (5 minutes later) and I said I'm picking up an online order. She said she didn't know what I wanted. I'm like to myself...a customer is standing there and you don't bother to ask if they need assistance? So, she didn't know how to handle an online pick up. The manager came out and I asked him if I ever pick up from this store again, is there a number I can call. He suggested curbside pick up is faster. So, lesson learned not going in the store for pick ups again!

It was 20 minutes to closing when I arrived. The staff was awesome to accommodate til 5 minutes to closing I line up to check out. I had 2 transactions: an online return and purchase from the store. The clerk was having trouble reconciling the barcode with the receipt and what's in the system. Then the manager looking over says, "ugh, we wont be able to go home early!" But the clerks still tried their best and finished the transaction. I'm glad the clerks were awesome in customer service, the manager was not. He was not helpful at all and he was making me see that he was closing and fixing up. I do understand that it is closing, but I am a paying customer with valid transactions. I hope that nobody gets treated like that by a manager, no less.

I would recommend going at a less busy times such as during the day and not on the weekend. however if you want to go when there's a sale it will be busy but you will probably get very good deals.
