I had a bridal appointment over the weekend with Stacey and it was amazing! I was quite nervous as id never tried on wedding dresses before and don't enjoy shopping for myself in general, but every gown Stacey pulled for me I LOVED on myself. They have beautiful private dressing rooms that are roomy and cozy for guests, so perfect! I ended up saying YES to the dress, thank you so much Stacey for listening to what I had in mind and pulling dresses that you knew would look good on me. Highly recommend!

I had the most amazing bridal experience! This was the first place I ever tried dresses on and Stacey made me feel completely comfortable and she was so helpful to letting me know all about the dress details. She was amazing with my group and made them feel welcomed. Her knowledge about the process really put my mind at ease. I got the VIP experience and I would say to anyone doing the wedding experience... I would not do it any other way! It was like something out of a movie! I would only now do VIP! The dress selections at Novia Mia is UNREAL! They truly have something for everyone. I liked all the different styles they offer there and they were all reasonably priced. Novia Mia is a stunning, inclusive, and amazing experience. Today I had my first bridal appointment with Mackenzie and she was truly amazing. Found a beautiful gown, from the sweetest consultant (Melissa) who made everything perfect. Cannot recommend this lovely store enough, I had the experience that brides dream of. They now even have an in-house seamstress for alterations and I don't have to worry about that piece anymore! All around just an excellent experience, 10/10.

During the search for my wedding dress I went to several different walk in and appointment only boutique's. I can honestly say that Novia Mia far exceeded my expectations! It's a beautiful studio with private dressing areas so you may enjoy your appointment with your loved ones without prying eyes. While the dress selection and facilities are beautiful it's the staff that get my praise above all else. Ashley was my consultant, her patience and kindness superseded my expectations. I cannot say enough of her professionalism while still making you feel like a sister or a friend minutes into your appointment. How to even begin talking about how incredible this boutique was while I was searching for my dress! Their concept while picking your dress of trying the dresses on and comparing it to your current favourite made making the decision so easy! I had gone to other boutiques before coming to this one and loved this boutique hands down! The VIP appointments are 100% worth it because YOU WILL FIND YOUR DRESS! Their space is airy yet intimate -- plus it has a lot of amazing natural light so you can get a good look at the detailing of your dress! Cannot say enough great things about this place! Lindsay and Lucy are a wonderful team of bridal consultants! I had my first bridal appointment ever for trying dresses and they made it a really fun and relaxed experience. What an amazing experience!!! The staff are absolutely awesome, so friendly and kind. My dress was absolutely beautiful, I had to get alternations by Jacqui and she did a wonderful job!!! I would recommend novia mia and Jacqui 100 percent! I wasn't nervous to get my dress altered because Jacqui is very particular and a perfectionist when it comes to her sewing. First off, Melissa is great ! She's helpful and honest, and listens to what you want. I recently purchased my dress from Novia Mia and it was so easy. I had been to a couple store before and found maybe one or two dresses that I was half interested in. Novia Mia's selection was, by far, my favorite. My dress came in sooner than expected and it was perfect when I picked it up! The store itself offers beautiful natural light and a spacious, clean environment. I purchased my dress Nov 2018. I saw a sample sale event on FB. They had pictures and sizes and lots of info. This enticed me to travel from Edmonton to their boutique. The store was clean and staff were very welcoming. It was a staff that brought a dress for me to try on, once they had seen the type of dress I was looking for. The price was awesome ( under $1000) and the color and lace were beautiful. It fit very close to my size. I had my twin sister there and they thought it would be funny to have both of us try on my top 2 choices. The one I went with was the one the staff had suggested. I drove in all the way from Calgary to try on wedding dresses with my daughter, mother and best friend. I was super nervous as I just lost 90lbs. Jenna meet us at the door and was professional from the moment she said hello! She listen to what I was looking for and find the dresses I had on my phone. The minute I put on the second dress I start crying and she knew exactly what to say and it Did not make it awkward. The store was super clean and they made all of us feel welcome. The store is very nice, modern and clean! We really liked the loft. The 2 ladies that helped us were so kind, helpful and genuinely tried to find a dress. Out of all the stores we have been to, Novia Mia has the nicest dresses. However, I think they would find a lot more business if they had a better plus size selection. There were countless dresses I would have loved to try on but couldn't. I understand I can order a bigger size but I have to be able to at least see it on my body. If they had a better selection for me before I find a dress, I'll definitely be back!

I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I called in the morning to change my appointment and they were so accommodating and changed the appointment date for me. When I arrived at my appointment Lucy was my bridal consultant, I felt instantly comfortable with her. Dress shopping was the thing I was least looking forward to but she made me feel beautiful, understood and comfortable. She was someone you want to just hang out with. Even though I didn't have a clear vision or style she some how just got me. She was so kind while I tried on so many different styles. I can not say enough good things about her. The selection of dresses Lucy brought were AMAZING! As a plus size bride I was so scared they wouldn't have a dress that would fit and I'd be forced to have things pinned and held up and use my imagination. But that was not the case. They were size inclusive and didn't just feel like typical plus size bridal dresses with 3 dresses to chose from. If you're a plus size girl you understand just how frustrating shopping can be and when a store is size inclusive it means EVERYTHING! Novia Mia made me feel so special from start to finish. I could not recommended Lucy and the other staff there. They turned what I thought would be my least favorite part of wedding planning into the best day! Thank you so much to the wonderful staff and especially Lucy for the best day!
