Both times I've come in here the staff have been super helpful, friendly, and informative. I tried out a few corsets to find my size and the person helping me was very nice, showing me how to tighten it, how to tie it, and how to untie it after, taking down products for me to see and making light conversation with me. It was a very pleasant experience overall and I would be back to purchase more items from this place.

Omg you NEED to have a Calgary location. Edmonton is too far to justify a shopping trip and I disuse online shopping. If ever you are thinking about adding another location PLEASE consider little ol' Calgary as an option.

Terrible customer service. I brought my wife in recently and the 2 staff members that were working at the time were so visibly unimpressed the entire time we were there. I understand customer service is no one’s favourite job. But there were no other customers in the store at the time of our visit so they weren’t incredibly busy, and when asking for help with sizes or any other questions my wife and I were nothing but polite, even apologizing to them when we asked for help because we could tell they hated their jobs. We would have spent a lot more money if the atmosphere wasn’t so uncomfortable. We felt as though they were just waiting for the second we walked out the door to start talking badly about us. Instead, my wife only picked out 1 item and we tried to leave as quickly as possible.

I for one thing love that they are pet friendly which always a bonus for me but the customer service here is really good. When I was doing a size exchange for my corset they took their time to help me find one that fit me perfectly and to make sure I didn't have buy it again because they wanted me to save my money not to mention I love that they are body positive Also those corsets have some of the best designs I had ever seen

A great store with great staff. It is smaller than the other Nightshade location, but still has plenty to choose from: corsets, accessories and more. CD friendly, non-judgemental and accepting, I felt very comfortable shopping here. Staff was very helpful, made suggestions on sizing and answered all my questions. Also recommended that I check out their other location for additional CD-specific items.

We came in the on the 27th in the evening. They have cool stuff that you can’t really find anywhere else but the staff were overwhelmingly rude and incredibly awkward. It made us really uncomfortable to shop there so rather than browsing and picking out a few outfits like we intended, we went to the other location. Needless to say that wasn’t much better. It was slightly better at least she was somewhat helpful and not entirely dismissive. I can say with confidence I won’t go back.

LOVE LOVE LOVE ! I'm like 1000% sure people walk into this place and walk out fabulousssss. Lol. Seriously though the lady at the counter was super helpful and non judgemental and theirs stuff here for any persons style! Non judgemental atmosphere . If you like to feel great in what you wear then this is the place to shop!
