Probably the best Lululemon location I've been too. The staff is super friendly and very helpful. Another nice thing about this location is that they generally seem to stock all of their men's wear line. I've been to a couple other locations where they seemingly only half half or 3/4 of the products they carry. A better selection in store is always nice!

Staff is hit or miss. I stopped in to ask about their quality assurance program and an employee assured me they were very reasonable and had customers interests at heart. Then when I brought the actual item in, the employee that "helped" me didn't even look at the item. She just told me the item didn't qualify because "the pockets are an old design". She had no real interest in looking closer at the item and made no effort to help me find a replacement pair. I went in with low expectations and was ready to buy a replacement pair if necessary, but I walked right back out and took my business across the street because of poor customer service. If you know exactly what you want, I'm sure you'll be fine, but at that point you might as well just shop online. ????????‍♂️

Excellent clothing and service BUT no where to put clothing after trying it on. You can only have 5 pieces in the dressing room and the rest they hang on the other side of the door so I kept getting mixed up on what I had or hadn't tried on yet. It was really frustrating

Edit: I’ve reached out to lulu’s headquarters directly and I was treated very well. Thank you lulu lemon for reassuring your customers patronage! I adore lulu lemon and I typically wear at least one piece of their clothing every day.. I live in an isolated community in Labrador and unfortunately we do not have a lulu there, so I always take advantage when I’m out of town. I bought two amazing shirts, one being 88 dollars, which is not a big deal because I love the quality. However, when I went to put the shirt on the next day the magnetic tag was still on it.. I had to cab from downtown St. John’s back to the store so that cost on top of an already 88 dollar shirt. Not impressed at all.. lulu is without a doubt a high end luxury brand and to only get a “sorry” for this costly mistake is extremely disappointing.

I looked for 20 minutes before q sales person offered help. After choosing an item and giving info to email promos we left and drove home. When i took the item out of the bag it atill had the security clip. I called the store 6 times before someone pixked up . Aftwr opting to srive back and get it removed all I got was a 'oops my bad'. Tried calling this store 11 times over the course of 2 hours to complete a send sale. No one picked-up the phone until the 2 hour mark at which point the lady who answered the phone told me that the single item I wanted had "just" been purchased by someone else. When I respectfully expressed my concern about calling for 2 hours with no response, I was simply told that they can't always get to the phone. If they had picked-up the phone 2 hours earlier, I would have been able to purchase and the item is now out of stock across Canada. Recommendations: 1. Offer your customer an apology. 2. Pick-up your phone with some level of consistency. When I tried contacting the Lululemon Guest Education Centre, they were useless and unenthusiastic about helping me. I've spent thousands on Lulu this year and I'm 100% over them. Time to give their competitors some New Years love and my hard-earned money.

The staff is great. They're limiting the amount of people allowed inside the store and requiring masks. They're only open 12 noon to 5 PM. when we got there at 11:45 there was already about 10-15 people ahead of us in line. We waited about 30 mins in line before getting in. If you get there later in the day there's a QR code you can scan to put yourself on the wait list, then you're able to leave and they will text you when your time is coming up and you just have to make it back in 15 mins.

I usually order online, with good reason. I went in to do a return and the sales woman was rude about it, questioning why they needed to be returned when its an obvious fault in the product. She then lectured on what the item should be used for, which again I was aware of. She also asked several times if it was washed, which obviously it was. I purchased one item and exchanged one, the staff watched me walk around but offered no help. I had to go up and ask two times for the guys help, and he wasn't any help. Its experiences like that which make people not like the brand. I order online and will continue to avoid the store because the staff are rude and snobby.

If I could vote this Lululemon Saskatoon location a zero I would. I absolutely love their products, but the some of the staff is absolutely horrendous. I had this one associate named "Julie" who was completely rude, fully passive aggressive with me and offered me little to no help. It is VERY clear that management is turning a blind eye or ignoring Lululemon's core values in what their associates (educators) should be & represent. Severely disappointed. Zero stars if I could.

Lululemon is known for it's quality, and I will continue to purchase Lulu products as long as they meet that quality. However, customer service at the Avalon Mall location could use improvement. When cashing out, staff should double-check that sale prices show up correctly. If a customer is returning an item (tags attached, receipt included) because they are not satisfied with the quality or fit, they should not be questioned. I think the pop-up was a great idea!

I had an incredible experience yesterday and today with the staff of this location. The young lady who helped me yesterday went above and beyond to assist me with exchanging a pair of pants and finding a new pair. She was very understanding, helpful and truly was the epitome of amazing customer service (wish I got her name!!). While I was in the store yesterday I accidentally left my new top from Aritzia, I called back when the store opened today and spoke with Carly, the assistant manager, who went out of her way to not only find the parcel but offer to ship it to me as I do not live in Saskatoon. In addition to that she also offered to pay for the shipping. I am blown away at how kind these two ladies were to me, I cannot say thank you enough. I will definitely be back next time I am in the city! Thank you ladies.

We where in Banff Canada and stumbled across a lululemon. We walked in and this really nice place lady named Alexis greeted us nicely and helped us a ton for example I was looking for some shorts and they did not have my size and Alexis happened to be opening shipping boxes that night so she looked everywhere for the shorts for days and looked everywhere for the shorts just for us! Lululemon and Alexis was great!
