Worst customer service that i would see in Edmonton. The store manager refused to exchange the size which was even their mistake when they packed it at the time of sale. I would suggest none to purchase any thing from them.

I love the new location. I used to drive to Airdrie from Devon. But this new store is more like a true outlet. But I can barely reach. I hope wheelchair folks are given extra service.

I went there to buy a dress for my daughter and I bought a graduation dress and 2 pairs of earrings, which were very expensive, on the 20th of june. Today, I wore one of the pairs and the earring broke after I wore it only once, and they also said that they have no return policy, and so, I can't even return them and also my money went to waste because of the earring.

I love the clothes at Laura they're good quality extremely overpriced but they fit well on my body. Typically I will spend 5 to $700 every season. My friend and I drove across town to go to the Laura in South Common. We were bombarded at the door by about 7 saleswoman. We had had a long drive and I'd ask to use the bathroom. They refused. I explained to them that I have been driving for an hour and there is an older mature lady I needed the washroom. They told me they didn't have one there. I don't believe them. It may be policy to not let customers use the bathroom but there should always be exceptions to the rules. Due to the pandemic there is no place close by to use the washroom. And frankly I didn't want to go into a whole bunch of stores restaurants Etc I was very focussed on why I had travelled so far. I won't be back to this location. Matter of fact I'll probably just do my shopping online as the Laura staff works on commission I do believe. They've lost a loyal and dedicated customer at this location. Very disappointed!

I went today to exchange a top I bought at the west end location. There was the only location to have the x large I needed . The store is big lots of styles ,however the employee (old and fat )that did my exchange was rude , almost seemed like she does not like her job. she asked me to sign the receipt and gave a dirty look and told me , that is everything. Very rude zero customer service. She could have been nice and told me signed the receipt and you are done, instead expecting me to guess . I dont know if I will be back to that location .

Late last year I was shopping for a dress for my son & daughter-in-law's February wedding. Ordered several dresses online....and ended up eventually returning them all. Tried on many other dresses "in store" to no avail. And time was ticking away fast. Then I went to Laura's at South Edmonton Common. Walked into the store where I was met by an awesome sales lady and within a half an hour I had my dress and a jacket for the wedding. The staff was awesome and uber personable and helpful!! Best experience I've had in years shopping for a special dress! Especially as I was under pressure... I'd recommend this location to anyone who needs just the right outfit for any occasion!! Totally impressed with the great staff and excellent service!!
