Very friendly staff! I enjoy talking to them whenever im in ???? They awnser your questions even if its seems silly to ask (how does this lingerie go on?) ???? but they dont make you feel stupid for asking. And honestly i think we can all agree some lingire is like a puzzle haha.

Product sent did not work. Sent it back as they requested, which was appreciated as it was not normally something they would do given the type of product. However, they insisted the product was functioning normally and said they would sent it back as is. They never sent it back to me after I filed a complaint. Now I was now out a product and the money sent. Hush Canada washed their hands of the entire situation until I got my third party payment provider involved and forced them to either refund me or send a working product. NOTE: Do not send a faulty product back to them even if they insist. File your claim through your third party payment provider right away! - as they will want you to follow their instructions, not the Seller's. Trying to resolve any issued with Hush Canada directly will be futile. Better yet, don't buy from them...

The good: the store looks super elegant, I assume has a pretty varied stock, and they were able to hold an item for me for an hour, which was great because I was busing. When I asked to see it popped out of the box just to make sure it turned on they were willing. The bad: the customer service when I got there was chilly. There was no small talk at all. No attempt in the least to upsell and the person was being so brusque that I felt like asking for batteries would be seen as a declaration of war. So i did not end up looking around, which is why I assume they have good inventory. They don't take prepaid Visa, which wasn't a huge issue, but when I asked if it was a machine thing or a store policy the person was fairly hostile. I was not being snotty because I had the money and was just curious, and I work at a job that doesn't take cash so in understand that this is what it is. In summary: I got most of what I wanted and will go to the Tickle Trunk or the internet for batteries, lube, and future needs.

I had gone in there a couple of weeks ago and they made this experience very comfortable and they are very thorough, knowledgeable and friendly !! . Thank you for the great work and for being so welcoming . It's hard to find customer service at and average nevermind great customer service so I am so thankful for them indeed !! I will most definitely be coming back for other things !!! Thank you once again for all the help !!

Everyrhing there was so expensive and when i bought a massager and went home, opened it and it doesn't work i called them back twice and they didn't pick up and when i left them a voice mail and told them it doesn't work and can i pls get my 74 dollars back shes like sorry there is no return policy.

Went there this past weekend with my wife to find our first toy as a newly married couple. We just had our wedding on Valentine's day and prior to that we went to the bridal expo and was given a 20% off card and thought that would be a good opportunity to use said card. First we walk in and everything is so bright and cheerful with dancing/club music playing. We didn't see anyone working right away but when we were wiping off our shoes she must have heard us and she popped out of nowhere to greet us. She didn't try to sell us on things right away or gives us a cheesy sales pitch but let us look around and take our time. At first we wanted to just walk around and check everything out. They have a large selection on toys as well as a few plus size lingerie which we will be back to buy at a later date. Please bring in more purple pieces. The woman that was working would check in on us every now and again and when we were ready to pick our items we had to have her come take them off the bar. She asked if she could test the toy before we took it home which I appreciate. She was very cheerful and was eager to help and give suggestions on different items based on what we were looking for. At the end of everything the lady was very helpful even suggested a new lube to try as my wife has allergies. We ended up using everything last night and it worked great with no reactions. Thank you hush we will be back soon!

Went to purchase my favourite lubricant they used to carry. The girl said it was being stopped at the border, banned by the FDA ,and insinuated it is not a safe product. A quick google search shows it's currently banned in the US but not in Canada and for an administration problem not anything to do with the ingredients of the product like she implied?? Glad I didn't purchase the other product she suggested instead since it was probably just a ploy. took my business elsewhere and found it very quickly.

Hush provides a large assortment of costumes, attire and toys for couples or individuals. The reason that this is the only adult store my girlfriend and I will buy from is the large, bright, clean, friendly and professional environment.

Recently purchased a $174.00 item from Hush. Tags still on still in the bag . Asked if I could upgrade the item for a better one. $283.00. More suited to my needs. Apparently no return policy. No 30 day return policy. NO RETURN POLICY. Look I get it , but the thing wasn't even taken out of the bag. Never will I support HUSH again. Poor customer service to say the very least!

This store is nothing but a rip off. I went in to get a pair of vibrating panties for a Christmas gift. I bought the first pair thinking that it came with a remote and it didnt. They wouldnt return it so i bought another pair that was tested in store and worked but as soon as i got home it stopped working. Reviews on amazon confirm it was a defective product. Dont waste your time here, they just want to sell you garbage products.
