Only place without the change rooms open… good luck with their sizing if you can’t try on. If you buy anything on sale their return policy when it ultimately doesn’t fit, is store credit. ????

Saturday after Black Friday. Every single other store in the mall had sales still. Not H&M! None of the staff members approached me or greeted me.

Worst staff ever.. nobody said a word to us. Walked by us and ignored us. Wouldn't even make eye contact. Manager is one of the most disrespect and unprofessional people I've ever met. As someone who's been a retail manager for years I would never allow my staff to act like this in my store. Definitely need new management and WAY better training.

I shop for my 2 year old and on the sales rack we find the cutest things. Now I'm not saying there isnt lots to see or buy. I like this store. But always watch for sales. Not too busy. Quick check out and one item discount $10.50..tap. pay. awsome.

The "maternity section" is awful. The only items stocked are jeans that look like they came from the teen section and just never sold. Leather leggings (what???), and floor length knit sweaters. Extremely dissapointing and a complete waste of my time and gas money to get there. Why advertize a maternity section if you only stock it with items no one would ever buy?

Extremely large store. So much beautiful selection of clothing for women and men. I was unable to find any staff to ask for assistance and be helpful before we arrived at the till. Individual at checkout was polite. Very quiet though.

Fun, unique clothing for adults. And adorable quality clothes for kids. It is my one stop shop for my family's clothing. I just wish they had a larger range of sizes for women's clothing. I can get most of my favourite items here, but sizing is definitely on the smaller side.

Had to buy a dress and shoes for my daughter this past Friday at the Georgian Mall Barrie Ontario location.The security tag was left on, I called customer service and was cut off explaining the situation and was transferred to an Ottawa store ( no idea why even after I repeated 3 times it was the Barrie location) I then had to return to store to have the staff remove a tags from the dress. I explained I was unhappy with having to return as the security buzzer had gone off, no one at the cash looked up and I was waved off from another employee that everything was fine( figured faulty security buzzer as no on seemed concerned) . As I was talking to the actual clerk that did my initial transaction, I got a “ ya sorry about the that” and “ya that happens” and wanted to know who waved me off as they were not doing their job . I replied it was you , you did the transaction and didn’t even look up. I then wanted to return shoes that didn’t fit my daughter and was told they don’t do refunds as I had forgotten my receipt and how did they know I paid for it . I mentioned that I have a picture in my phone , or a bank statement of the transaction and was told , that was not acceptable.

I just loved this place. Everything was so well organized and displayed and the staff were super friendly and helpful. I got to shop around and find some pretty good deals too. Every end of season, like after summer and before fall, this will be my go to place to shop.

I absolutely love this store, I always spot some gorgeous sweater at the front, they have a huge selection of different types of sweaters to choose from, as well as pants, whether it's dress or casual. Prices are great as well.

First of all this use to be my favourite store . On April 22 4 pm I went to store looking for a shirt and Jean. The store was very unorganized I was going to try my shirt they told me go upstairs after I went upstairs 20 peopel line up I left every thing and I walk away. I was going to spend few hundred dollars but I spend it on different store, I am so sorry but that shouldn't happen,

Employees must not get commission or were just given the job to them on a silver platter. I asked if I could try on the clothes to only be told to where the change rooms were rudely. They said the doors are all open just go in there myself. After I was done I noticed a little girl go to the front till and asked the same thing and they gave her the same rude attitude. It looked as if she was going to cry. A group of girls standing at the till chatting and being rude to customers don’t make good business. Love the clothes but it is better to shop elsewhere or online.

It is a 2 level store and one level was closed. I am not sure how having all traffic go through one entrance is helping the spread of anything. The main reason for the rating was their lack of inventory and selection. Not all staff was very helpful either

I visited H&M on the 21st of November to purchase a blazer and a trouser. And I must say they had the best customer service specifically Grace. She was helpful throughout in getting me the best outfit. She was very pleasant and had a very good attitude. The total experience at H&M was great because of Grace and the crew. Good job ????????

Store manager Oriana, doesn't understand what customer service is. An employee at her store made an error and Head office asked her to make an exception, and she wouldn't. If that's not bad service I don't nknow what is. Shop online and save yourself the headache.

I really love this store but the problem I found this morning was I was looking for a size and I had to search for each ticket on every sweat shirt to find the size, I know it must be a company thing but please make it that you put the size on the hanger or think of something more customer friendly. Thank you
