The owner of this store is absolutely amazing. Staff is always wonderful to talk to. I've never had a bad experience shopping here . Now that they Have expanded there is a lot more to choose from. I really enjoy visiting here, You always feel welcome. It is a bit expensive but its technically a specialty store and our local businesses need us to keep them going. Anytime I've needed to ask a question or something they usually respond within an hour online and always seem happy to help. Thanks guys I'll continue supporting in anyway I can.

Amazing customer service! From the minute I walked in I felt very comfortable, the staff are friendly and ensure you have a good experience shopping in store. I enjoyed my time there and I will definitely be a repeat customer! Goth Unite also has a great selection, there are a few more items in store than there are on the website, so if you can I definitely recommend going in person. The owner is also quite informed on all the items in the shop and happily answers questions you have about the products! Overall I had a wonderful experience and I cannot wait until I can shop there again.

Honestly, went here with my daughter at first I found the prices to be a little high but after looking at the details that goes into some of the items the price seems reasonable haha. The ladies in the store were fantastic! They were beautiful confident women who knew what they were talking about and made sure I felt comfortable and knew my way around. I bet the girls are just as important as the fashion is in keeping the customers coming back.....I recommend checking it out prices are from 5$ and up and LOADS of options

Ordered two pairs of demonia flip flops, received one wrong pair. I called the store and told them I’d like to receive the pair I initially ordered. Knowing they were on clearance I expected that they were going to tell me to pay for shipping and they did. I tipped the store knowing it’s a small business to support them but I guess quality control wasn’t there.

Went here for the first time and the owner is the nicest person! Such a fantastic customer service experience and the quality of the products is great. So nice to know Edmonton has a goth shop once again. Definitely going to be frequenting this shop! They carry brands like black craft cult, killstar, etc it’s so nice to not shop online for these items and be able to try them on AND support local. All around Edmonton gem. My boyfriend and I spent two hours in there and time sure flew by. Great selection and prices. Support this shop!
