I tried to order a pair of Levis jeans off your website but it said they could not be delivered out side the continental US. This is not pharmaceuticals or dangerous goods, give me a break and throw the jeans in the mail.

A week and a half ago I went in-store to purchase a pair of overalls so that I wouldn’t have to pay for the duties + shipping and have been waiting patiently for them to arrive. Not only did my tracking number stop working but I had to call to find out my order had been canceled! I do not live close and the only thing they could tell me was that I could reorder it but I would have to pay for shipping and the duties now . This whole experience has been frustrating and it would have been nice for them to offer to pay duties or have a discount to show that they’re even a little apologetic when it was THEIR change in system that canceled my order. Or even a heads up in store that this could be a problem would have been nice!! Customer service is not up to par and I would not recommend ordering from here.

I was looking forward to checking out the Free People Store at Chinook Mall on 03/12. I love shopping for Free People at Nordstroms or Macy's. Sadly I did not have a good experience and recommend people NOT to shop here. Go to a department store where you will actually experience friendliness. The ladies that worked at the store were very rude and did not make me feel welcomed. I actually felt rushed out of the store. Anthropologie and Aritzia in Chinook have way better customer service and show genuine customer service. this is the last time I go to this store.

I am a regular costumer of Free People and always recommend friends to shop here but that will end today. I ordered a shirt back in September but never received the package, when speaking to costumer service multiple times they always assured me I would receive a refund but the refund never came. Reached out to them AGAIN today and they say there is nothing they can do and I should dispute it with my credit card company. Why assure me I'm getting a refund 3 times only to say no later? Very inconsistent costumer service. They have lost my buisness.

I absolutely love Free People clothing and haven’t had the best luck with staff there before (some are very unfriendly!!!) but the last two times I have shopped there I had the BEST SERVICE from a sales associate!!! Her name was Jessa and I want to give her a big thank you for being so welcoming and helpful and making my shopping experience awesome! She has gone above and beyond helping me both times with my in store purchases and ordering in sizes that weren’t available in the store. I appreciated all her help and I will absolutely be back and hope to be helped by her again!

Girls where friendly, but after a few minutes of being there I felt like I was being watched and followed.Not once did they ask if I needed help find my size, or that this is new in. Not at all good customer service......I will leave it at that.

I have shopped here for about 5 years and I love it. The staff is friendly and helpful, willing to assist but not pushing for a sale like other stores, with a good knowledge of the products. There is a good variety of clothing, accessories and intimates with a style that stands out from other retailers.

i love the clothes at free people but had a horrible experience while I was at the Chinook Center location. Im originally from Vancouver and ive only had awesome experiences to any free people store ive been to usually there very kind and helpfull but for some reason i dont know if a majority of the girls think there better then you at this location or have a stick up you know what. Terrible customer service and if the manager was the girl with the horrible adittude that apperantly always wheres that brown floppy hat, then i think you need to find another career, sorry but its true. Free people in general is a bit pricey so in a store like that you expect to only have a great experience but with this chinook location it was horrible. They talked to me like i was stupid and didnt even help me. When i even asked about the sale item she acted towards me as if i cant afford any item or that she was better then myself. im sorry but free people chinook you need to settle down maybe hire staff who actually love to help and embrace your brand. because i believe free people embraces kindness as well and yall were a bunch of you know what. Not a bunch of girls who think there better because they only where pricey trendy clothing. This is not just from me i talked to many customers who shopped at free people chinook and we can all agree that you guys are extremely rude.

Love this Chinook Calgary store! Kerry, Jess and Julie are fantastic, super friendly, their customer service is 2nd to none. They are great at suggestions, always willing to help and even better, they're so honest! That is something I really appreciate. I have shopped here for many years and will continue to do so. Always a very pleasant shopping experience.
