This place has beautiful clothes for women, I was trying to look for a specific pant style and the sales lady named Marielena was very very helpful, nice and professional all the time. The prices are reasonable and the customer service is great in general. Will shop there again, 10/10 would recommend.

The other locations are better in most every way, this location is ran by older (elderly) females and it reflects on what the store looks like. Just like every other store eager for commission, I was told three times about promotions they were having as soon as I walked in. (The promos which were already posted everywhere in clear view) So I simply just walked out I don't need an enterage as I shop. Also a blantant lack of customer service a shorter haired grey lady was complaining about customers right infront of me. Unprofessional will be going to other locations

Will NEVER shop there again! Very disappointed in the attitude and rudeness of one staff member. I tried to return a t-shirt that looked like a rag after I washed it once (never worn) and was told that I didn't know how to do laundry. I was insulted and surprised. I sent a request to their Customer Service to review the experience and was not contacted by Cleo for resolution or explanation. The statement "No sale is every final" on the back of their receipt is a lie! If i could give zero stars for this review I would.
