Shopping at Caprice West for my wardrobe is an affordable one-stop experience. With regular visits I can find items that are of fine quality and well priced. After years of consignment shopping I have begun to consign also. The staff have made me feel confident in this process with their ever helpful tips and hints. I find now I buy better quality fashions and am able to rotate my wardrobe more regularly. The best thing about my shopping experiences at Caprice West is that I have begun to dress in exciting and attractive new styles.

If you would like to have a fun and personalized shopping experience, Caprice West is where you need to go. Every time I have been shopping there, I have been made to feel like family. One of my favourite things about CW is that you can take as many items into the change room as you would like. Then, while you are in there (and if you would like them to), their extremely kind and courteous staff will help you by bringing you similar items to try on or help you to find the perfect accessory. When I describe CW to my friends and family, I have often said, "It feels like shopping in your girlfriends closet". Bring a friend or two, and plan on staying for a while... you won't regret it!

I always shop at Caprice West. They have new items every week, the staff are very helpful - they know my style and what will suit me, and come up with suggestions of what I should try on. They also find jewelry that will complement my new outfits. Although it is a consignment store, you would never know it by the quality and like-new condition of their clothing. There are so many options to choose from at the Caprice store. Maryanne was so helpful in finding items that would meet my needs., I where an ostomy pouch and are very aware of when I look for clothes. We were able to find several tops casual, business and formal that I could wear. Maryanne was able to also find a cool summer dress for this current heat wave and a skirt that would work with a top that was purchased. I come away from the store feeling good about my shopping visit. The ladies make you feel so comfortable and good about your body type and clothing needs. Since my visit to the store I have wore the summer dress and have had several compliments and inquiries to where I made the purchase. Many co workers will be coming by to find some treasures for themselves. My next visit will be for a formal outfit for a family wedding.

Checked it out quickly but from what I seen I will be going back for a more in-depth look. They have some nice items and a few unique ones such as a floor length mohair sweater, I was sad it was too big for me.

I am not typically someone who shops in consignment stores, I find it overwhelming and often am unable to find items in my size and style. That's why I am posting a review - I absolutely LOVE Caprice Consignment. I took a number of items for their consideration, and three were selected for this season. I felt really welcome, the staff were warm and friendly, and incredibly helpful. When I commented that finding shoes in my size was not easy, the staff searched their inventory and found several pairs - one of which ended up being just what I didn't know I was looking for. I'm headed back looking for my next great find!

Not the best experience. Most of the staff are quite off putting and not friendly, especially when I was calling about the status of my account and during collection time. They do have a lot of items but I dont think Ill go back.

Staff are fine. As far as consignment goes, this would be middle ground at best. Far from top dealers (and not even close to the mainline of the big names. They do have some of the cheap lowline pieces that you can find for $200 new) - Product in some cases laughable. Simon Chang product in designer section that can be purchased at Dots for much less than they are charging for used?! Did anyone do market research? Shoes have nicks in body and heel post. Asking almost $100 for used 7 For All Mankind for styles that haven't been current in 4+ years with the brand and now you can by brand new Sevens for less than $140 at Saks Off Fifth.

Had the best experience today... I was dreading looking for a dress, but was told by a friend to go to Caprice and you will get more then you bargained for. She was right and I definitely will be going back! I also found a body shape suit here. The women that work here are so nice which makes going to this store even better! Not once did I have to carry anything in my arms for more then a few minutes. There was also a change room set up for me with my name put on it. I wish I had more money and time... thank you ladies and I will see you in the near future!

From the moment you step through the first door and see the sign "Your husband called and said 'Buy anything you want' " I knew it was going to be a fun, querky, and positive experience. I was right. Our group of five were greeted by the staff when we walked in, our heavy winter jackets were taken away, and we were left to brouse the store. My goodness what a store!! It was fantastic, well laid out and very attractively displayed. The staff saw that I had items draped on my arm and she came and discretely took them away and I was assigned a change room. There were no limit of items I could try on, and then when I was changing and trying on my choices - it was like a party. We all tried on our clothes and showed them off and received positive and truthful critique on the choices. There was no false praise to make a sale. The staff even brought other items as suggestions for me to try on. They definitely knew their client and their clothing in-store. I cannot wait to return. It is a fabulous experience, with high quality clothing, and superb staff. They even made my husband comfortable to wait for me on a following visit with cookies and conversation. You MUST go!! Tell them Lee the Hedgehog sent you!!

I have driven by so many times and decided to stop in finally. What a treat! Love, love, love the selection of jewelry. The staff is super helpful and encourages you to try things on. I have shopped at this store for years and brought many people to do the same but I am very unsatisfied with my recent experience. I consigned a brand new Kate Spade bag 2 months ago. I had to really search for it on line to even find it. A week before my contract came up I was in to pick up unsold items. I indicated that I would be picking the bag up on the expiration date. Ironically the bag sold a at discounted price on the expiration date. It was a real disappointment. Will not be back. I stand by my reviews. I did call and was advised that it was picked up. There seems to be some confusion on your part.

I have had great experiences here when I am shopping or bring in clothes for consignment. They do prefer clothes to be brought in on hangers and gone through before you bring them in. The whole consignment process is made simple and easy and you can call in to see if you have money on account. Everyone is friendly and I love seeing the unique designs of the clothes they consign.

Patricia was very friendly upon my entrance to the store and when I asked her for an overview of the store layout (something I learned to do years ago after a very overwhelming experience at a competing store). Patricia took her time to explain exactly how things are laid out and made a fun tour of the store out of it. Excellent selection of clothing, boots, handbags, accessories and shoes!
