I bought a helium balloon bouquet on April 30, 2019 and it is May 18th and they are still as perfect as the day I picked them up. WHAT SORT OF WIZARDRY IS THIS!? I have bought balloons from party city and by the next day the latex balloons are already dropping. I will definitely be back. I wish I could post a pic!

Visited the Cannuck Amusement park when it was st Kildonan Place mall over the weekend. Went to get a corn dog from the concession stand and the dirty old man who was supposed to be serving customers was too busy chatting up a storm with a friend so when I finally spoke up and asked if I could order he replies "Yeah" and then he got upset when I ordered 3 corn dogs and asked why I didn't say anything earlier. And when I said I tried but he was too busy talking he gave me attitude and so I said forget it and he said "yeah forget it you don't get a corn dog". I was probably saving my life anyway because he looked like he was in violation of at least a few health codes with his dirty looking hands and clothes. Definitely never going back to this carnival and I will be sure to spread the word to all my friends and family so they don't go and receive the same rude treatment I did.

Super staff!!! Each time I have come for birthday party supplies or balloons I am promptly greeted by a friendly staff member. They are helpful and knowledgeable, but also allow customers to roam and browse freely. The prices are competitive and comparable to Amazon and Party City, and they have a much broader selection then compared to Dollarama or Buck or Two. Skip the ‘big guys’ and support this family run business.

I needed balloons with one day notice for a street birthday celebration. Over the phone I told them the colors and they suggested a few options. It was pricey but well worth it. They looked so cheerful yet mature for a twelve year old girl. Best part was their amazing customer service. I wasn't able to make it on time to pick up the balloons because my car broke down on the way to them. They offered to deliver them for me. The balloons were covered up with a large plastic bag to keep them safe until the surprise time.

There is so much here for all of your party needs and also the place to go for special awards. For years, I get all my balloons here and when I needed awards for a club, this is where I went. They also have costumes and costume accessories. Over the years, it's always the same awesome staff that is there to help you - another great indication that this place rocks because the staff is happy and is still working there the next time you are in! And they remember you! Excellent customer service here! Sometimes, because of the great selection and the great service, it can get busy and you might have to wait in line. When I can, I plan ahead and call my order in in case they can grab it to set aside if they have some down time during the day. That helps with their busy times! Always a pleasure to go here!

I can't express how amazing this company is - the awards for our show were forgotten in another city, we found out 3 hours before the event was to take place. We called this company up and they made us 250 awards, branded as we need in the shortest amount of time! No questions asked they were happy to help! We will be back and will recommend consistently!

Very cluttered but that’s because they have tonnes of stuff. There were boxes everywhere. They probably have what you are looking for, which on this day was dart flights, and last time was BIODEGRADABLE balloons. Love it. Lots of people getting balloon bouquets for mother’s day. ✨

The drive from the far NW was worth the exceptional customer service. I called to make an inquiry and I was so pleased with the how my call was handled by Chloe. She was super friendly, answered all of my questions and put my items on hold for me. When I arrived in the store I was immediately greeted by Danny. She asked why I was visiting and if I needed help. She quickly found my items that were put on hold and helped me out to my car after I paid. The store is full of Party and seasonal items for every holiday including costumes. I also noticed a trophy section and dart section as well. Truly your one stop shop! This was the best store that I've ever been to. The people here were so kind to me, and when my son told them about how he was going to buy few balloons just for his science experiment they gave spent over an hour about offering him pieces of advice. I could see their passion and enthusiasm for what they were doing, and they didn't even get the tip that I offered them. It was such a pleasure to be in this shop, and I hope to visit this place again.

I came here fairly last minute to pick up party supplies for toddlers birthday. The staff was all so helpful, pulled out all sorts of options for a construction party theme. I ordered a bunch of helium filled balloons which they helped load onto my car for me. I was told the balloons would last 2-3 days...that was on March 7, almost a month later almost all of them are still inflated, it’s crazy! Would definitely recommend this place.

This place gives me cute mom-pop shop vibes. Definitely more customer focused than other franchises. I called them for a very specific theme (spongebob squarepants) and they came through in a major way! They found me spongebob specific balloons and some nautical themed latex ones to match. They even offered to load the balloons into my vehicle for me! Customer service isn't dead, it's just at Canuck Amusement. Will definitely come back, such a great store!
