Normally I don't even bother to go into an Aritzia, as I always feel very uncomfortable. However, I was pleasantly surprised with the level of care at this specific store. I will definitely be going to this location again! Shout out to Ashley who made my shopping experience anxiety free. :)

I called through the phone, I was asking if they had a top in stock and the girl said she could order it specially for me if I pay for it over the phone. I didn’t want to order it right away and not have time anytime soon to go to the mall to pick it up so I said I’ll think about it and call her back if I want it. A couple hours later I called back and a different girl answered. I told her the same thing, story, and she said “Okay one sec. Let me call you back on the main phone so I could order it. I promise I’ll call you back right away here in a minute or so.” So I gave her my name and number. Waited and waited, never got a call back... I tried to call back twice an hour later and the phone just kept ringing, no answer. I thought maybe someone would at least call me back later in the day or even the next day but it’s been a week now and still no answer. I didn’t bother calling them back since I didn’t want to waste anymore time. I’ll just order elsewhere. Gave 2 stars since one girl was good and one wasn’t.

I will only go to this location to shop, every employee is super nice & helpful but the main reason I go to this location is an employee named Ashley. She always is so helpful and super honest, doesn’t seem like she’s just trying to make a sale! My first time dealing with her she gave me her personal cell number and told me she would text when things she thinks I’d be interested in would come in stock & it makes it a lot easier to be able to get her to put things on hold for me to just go and try on right away! I highly suggest going in and asking for her :) any other location around Calgary is not nearly as nice of a shopping experience.

The merch here is ok, but they play music insanely loud! I couldn't talk with my SO, so had to ask to reduce the volume twice - which they did, but I still could barely hear what the associate at checkout was saying. Ridiculous! It felt bad, I wanted to leave ASAP

I was on a hunt for a wool jacket and I finally was able to find what I was looking for here! I didn’t mind the price as I have shopped her before. First, I couldn’t find a mirror and a couple sales associates just looked at me as I was looking around corners. Then I was on my way back to the rack when a guy (sales associate) ran from the back and stood at the front at of the store watching me but in a defensive posture. Acting as someone was going to steal. I accidentally set off the tag alarm (the jackets were at the front) and he raised his hand to let the girls know it’s good at the cash and just stood there watching me. I proceeded to go see some more jackets and he followed me fixing clothes around me. Thought nothing of it so I continued to walk to another rack and he followed me again and would make eye contact with me. Never said a word or attempted to help me find what I was looking for. At this point I felt uncomfortable and just left the store.

Wide selection and good sales. What makes this my fave location are the staff - they are helpful but also give you space. I hate being constantly watched and pressured to buy, which I feel at the Chinook location.

I shop at Aritzia very often and I went to the Crossiron location recently. When I walked into the store there were three emloyee's standing there watching me. I smiled and they glared and continued there conversation. I walked around the store for at least 25 minutes before an employee greeted me and asked if I needed any help. I was annoyed at this point because I enjoy shopping at Aritzia and I am a loyal customer. It felt as if they didn't care if I stayed or left. At this point I should have just left the store but I continued shopping because I needed a dress. After walking around the store I had picked out at least 12 differnt dresses to try on. After hauling them around the store I walked over to the dressing rooms and waited for a room. I stood there watching numerous employees come and go and after 15 minutes an employee took my stuff and gave me a room. At the end of this I spent over $400 at this store and I DEFINITELY wont be returning.

I have been to numerous Aritzia stores and this one offers the lowest customer experience by far. Staff do not greet customers, only when they are holding something expensive, they stick to you like glue once you do. it’s hilarious. Checkout was horrible, the music is way too loud and the girl expected me to hear her soft voice over the music and through the glass barrier. I asked for a gift receipt and I never got one, you have one job. Honestly take your money and time elsewhere, I would rather go to the one at chinook regardless of the drive.

If you don't live near this location, it is definitely worth the drive. The staff are always there to help and also provide you with the time to look around.I am always greeted by every employee. Faith is my go to girl!!

No one's helpful. they do not even care about customer. I waited 10-15 min in the fitting room for another size, she did not show up, when I went to grab my size I saw her looking down and make herself busy with cash and even did not care. WILL NOT GO THERE ANYMORE!!!!!

The girls here think they’re so high and mighty, like calm down, it’s an OUTLET Aritzia store you’re working minimum wage for. But then again, what can you expect? Definitely poor service and treatment that makes you feel disrespected and undervalued. Take your business elsewhere where it’s worth it.

After 30 minutes of waiting for the only one cabin with mirror, I just left all clolthes picked for my vacation and left. Huge store and only one cabin with mirror, frustration new level. I see aritzia doesn't need my money.

I could not praise the girls that work here enough. Faith and Ashley both had helped me a few times and have been warm and genuine every time I have come in. They’re transparent with you about any questions you have and literal sweethearts! I was hesitant to come in at first but know that I’m in good hands whenever I shop there. If you want to make the switch to a more sustainable approach to your wardrobe, while being confident in what you’re purchasing then this is a great environment to come to! The ladies working there will help you with deciding if certain pieces are a good investment for you and your style and will go out of their way to make your shopping process as comfortable and easy as possible.
