ardene was a good store, they had a good price espiscially the sweater's and pants the fitting was very comfortable and very cozy. Today ardene are 80 percent off. This is a good price, all stuff are 80 percent closing. Enjoy shopping at aredene guy's.

Less variety of clothes, shoes and slippers than the Sunridge branch. I went to exchange slippers that I bought from the other branch but I couldn’t find the right size. It’s neat and clean, the ladies there were helpful and friendly. It wasn’t crowded that day I don’t know whether it’s the normal or because of the Pandemic

I was working today so me and my client went into ardeens to look at some slippers for her 8 year oldd daughter. We were at the back of the store looking at the children's bags when this woman came up to me and said...Where's the boots? I didn't reall her at first so I said what? She said where's the boots and was patting her side. It took a few minutes but then I realized what she was saying! She accused me of STEALING!! I was devastated! We were 2 steps from the cash register so I thought I will show her what's in my pockets and under my coat so I took a step forward and she started just screaming at me. I showed her my lighter and halloween candy I had and she realized I was NOT stealing. This woman is from Pakistan and has shoulder length hair! DO NOT SHOP THERE! It could be you!! Unreal!! I called the head office!! She needs to be fired or sued!

Wish I could give this place a 0 star rating. This experience actually happened about a month ago but it's been bothering me to this day. I called as soon as it happened and talked to the manager but I want to let others know. The cash staff was very rude, I didn't get her name but right from the start her service was horrible. Her whole attitude was uncalled for, she seemed lazy and very disrespectful. All I kept getting from her was a sigh or a huff and puff as if I was asking for too much out of her (in which I was not, just asked her for prices). I felt most disrespected when she gave me my shopping bag using her PINKY finger. She should definitely be reevaluated as a staff member or better yet fired. Experience was horrible to say the least, and will definitely not be returning.

I was in the store and reached to pick up a pair of boots to see the price which wasnt on them. When i felt the felt the boots i could feel they were pretty cheap plastic so i put them back. I looked around and when i was ready to leave this staff came up and started yelling at me. Wheres the boots. She was just screaming. Shevwas accusing me of stealing which i never did. It was embarrassing and no apology. I will mever spend a cent in that store. Sunridge store...friendly and helpful.
