Went in today to find half sole socks for my uni dance class. Eyed the ballet shoes since they looked comfy. The staff member was very friendly and was very helpful. Left the store with just the ballet shoes but also regretted not going in for what I was initially looking for I was embarrassed to go back in tbh but despite how frantic I was to get out again the staff member helped me find the best fit. I was about to rush out with half sole socks too small for me hahaha Good experience.

I only recently discovered this store online and decided to go there in person. The store is very clean, bright, and the layout is excellent. Staff are polite and professional. A sales associate greeted me as soon as I walked in the door. When you take off your shoes to go in the store, they provide slippers so you don't have to walk in bare feet (a nice touch!). I have gone to many dance stores over the 17 years I've been dancing, and this store has the best atmosphere, by far. The store isn't super big but they have a lot of merchandise in stock. I also love that I can purchase anything from their online store, as well. I will definitely become a regular customer now! Also, don't forget to book an appointment for pointe shoe fittings! (They are, to my knowledge, the only store in Edmonton that carries Russian Pointe, which is great because they are the only shoes I buy).

This was my first time buying dance wear for my girls and although I did not get the name of the lady helping us ( short brown hair, glasses and an accent) she was amazing!! It was busy in there but she greeted me at the door then ran around and found their body suits, tights and fitted them for their shoes. Best customer service I have had in awhile!

This store has a great selection of reasonable priced, quality dance wear. The staff are extremely knowledgable and very willing to help. They provide a plethora of information without pushing the product. They really make the experience of shopping here the best it can be. They are fantastic with children and helping fit them with the proper gear for the dance year. They have a great variety of options within their large selection of products.

We booked an appointment for my daughter's first pair of pointe shoes. Damian was SO incredibly amazing and made sure that the fit was just perfect! Assessed her feet, tried different "ouch pouches" and several different shoes. We would recommend this store hands down and will 100% be back when we need another pair.❤

I recently had a professional pointe shoe fitting by a Gaynor Mindon rep who came to our ballet school and placed my order for the shoes at All4Dance. When they arrived they didn't work for me at all! Even though I didn't have an appointment for a fitting at the store (as I was just picking up my shoes) Damian checked the fit and agreed that they needed several adjustments. He re-submitted the order with his recommendations for a better fit and when I came to pick them up the second time he again checked to see that they were OK. Although they fit much better than what the professional rep recommended we both decided Gaynors weren't for me and he processed my refund immediately.

My daughters had her pointe shoes for only 2 months and somehow they became damaged. We brought them back to Damien and he replaced them no problem. I am so glad we have people who still believe in great customer service. I will definitely be back to buy my daughter more pointe shoes.

I made the mistake of anticipating an exciting, quality experience, after all, my daughter and I were the only 2 people in there. We were barely greeted by a gal with bleached hair and no manners. Her inattentiveness was embarrassing as an employee. Very much in stark contrast to the kindness & interest to earn our business we had received in other stores. When I asked a simple question regarding the bras the same gal answered by opening her eyes, pulling out the bra and said: you just have to look! as if I didn't understand English or had never bought a bra. My face flushed and I asked if her intention was to be condescending or racist. What kind of help was that? She didn't even blink an eye nor offer an explanation to smooth things out. I felt so awful and my daughter was right there thinking this was going to be a great experience.

I find that their service is always personable and professional, they have all the brands of shoes and bodysuits that she needs, and their policies are clear and reasonable. The store is large, clean and bright. I am happy that there is a dance store of this quality on the North side!

He was very knowledgeable about the shoes and clearly told the girls what to expect/ look for. Most importantly, he was gentle and patient as they found the right fit.

Just came from this store. We googled while here on a vacation for hockey camp for our son and after reading reviews decided this was the best choice and let me tell you that any other review saying any different is lying. We are from Saskatchewan and the "local" store is NOT friendly or welcoming at all and I would gladly drive here any day. They are all so friendly and helpful. They immediately greeted us and helped us for 40 minutes to find exactly what my kids needed. I didn't have to do a thing.. they got and fit every shoe for all three kids while I looked around. Top notch service and staff. Will be back for sure !!
