While the sweaters I ordered were pretty cool. The overall experience was extremely disappointing. There was some issues for me at the checkout. The founder text messaged me at 11pm 10days after my order. He was very unclear about exactly what the issues were and when I tried to express my concerns he was very difficult to deal with. A simple phone call during a regular business hours could have made this experience 100% better. As a CSR I could never imagine talking to a client that way.
