The installation team from PNL HVAC Care York was great. There were a few minor issues during the installation that the installers explained very well. Overall my wife and I are very happy. We feel if we had gone with another company these issues wouldn't have been addressed and we would have wasted our money. this is not an hvac company but a phishing address for a handyman service. If you want hvac service do not call these guys they will send someone to your home and charge you without doing service

Called to inquire about getting a gas line extension to the backyard. Person that answered the phone wasn’t very knowledgeable and was rude. He told me that this was an HVAC company and that what I needed was plumber. I explained that HVAC companies often do gas line extensions and that’s why I was calling for a quote but no worries if they didn’t offer that service. He rudely told me I was wrong and that plumbers deal with gas lines, and hung up the phone. Please note, I think it might have been a scheduling service employee rather than the actual company.
