I live in a condominium with a forced air system. The motor went over 9 years ago, so decided to get it replaced. After my husband calling close to 10 different companies, and being turned down because of our type of residence, JPS said yes. Unfortunately, our condo management is not the easiest to coordinate with, and we had to cancel the job last year due to issues on our end. Jennifer and John were SUPER understanding and professional. Once we restarted the process this year, with last year's wisdom in mind, we thought our condo management would not hinder the work. We were wrong, but John was again so awesome. He coordinated with our condo management's plumber, even sent someone over a day early to make sure the plumber had the right equipment. Day of installation....seamless. Guys were so friendly, obviously took pride in their work. Full retrofit and cleaning took about 2 hours. High efficiency unit works great and is cold. We will be using this company again when we replace our bedroom unit in the future. Cannot recommend this company enough. Thank you so much JPS!!

These guys fixed a very noisy booster fan that pushes air from my dryer outside. I had a previous repair person come before, from Whirlpool, and they just adjusted the tape and the unit and then left and the whole time I got the feeling that he just wanted to leave. I was so happy that the JPS tech actually fixed the problem. Not only that but he was so thorough. He really took his time and examined the problem. He showed me the issue, asked my opinion if the sound was better multiple times, and went beyond and fixed the root cause. As opposed to the Whirlpool tech, I did not get the impression that he wanted to leave, he seemed to just want to fix the problem and did so very calmly and attentively. Now when we do laundry, it's SO quiet and doesn't pollute our apartment with noise. Also the service was done on short notice, and the customer service was excellent.

Within a week of having a melt down (literally) with no air conditioning working during a Toronto heat wave, JPS came to the rescue. The team went above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction in FAIL COIL replacement - which is rare these days. I called the other FAN COIL companies and they all wanted a call back number, instead of answering my questions on the spot. I even had two of the companies have sales agents repeatedly call and still not inform me of the overall cost, which only exacerbated my anxiety. Nevertheless, if you want the best deal and great communication I suggest JPS Canada Air Systems. I know I am now a FAN. lol Thank you.

I highly recommend JPS Canada Air System if you have an HVAC system that needs upgrading, maintenance or repair. I have used them multiple times for different needs/requirements and have always found them to be highly professional, capable, and diligent in the performance of their duties. They pay great attention to the details, and ensure a highly quality of work for the customer. JP installed my Google nests thermostats and did an excellent job. Mostly recently, Quincy came do do some repairs of the AC portion of my HVAC and did a fantastic job. I described my issues to Alex who was able to pin point what the problem was and Quincy came prepared with the new part that was need. He was able to switch it out in a matter of minutes and my AC is back in working order. Should I need help in the future, I feel confident in JPS Canada Air Systems and will not hesitate to call them!

I have used JPS twice for two separate issues and John the technician is professional, very helpful and extremely honest. Both times I was expecting expensive repairs but John explained it was a very minor issue and went above and beyond offering suggestions and improvements. The second time I called the thermostat was blank and John explained over the phone that most likely it was a simple remedy I could do myself. Following his extremely clear instructions, I was able to fix the issue myself and I don’t think you’d find this level of honesty everywhere so thank you very much.

Your company just installed an air diffuser in my condo. The technician was nice but it took very long to quote and very long to finish. The air grill is not very tight to the rough opening, leaving a big gap around it. Would be great if the technician could come back and fix it

Had a terrible experience with this company. They were contracted by my condo's property management company (so not my choice) and they removed a high quality filter, tampered with my unit, and left me with a lower quality filter. When I complained, I got the run-around, with one story on the phone, another by email. It's been a month and a half and I'm STILL trying to get things resolved. Definitely would not recommend based on their customer service. Also: When I asked about COVID-19 protocols, they have only given general statements, which is also concerning given the huge number of units that they would have entered in my building alone.

They were on time, wore all the PPE equipment, very helpful with the setup of the Nest Thermostats, ended earlier than expected, and cleaned up afterwards. Company is great in sending a technician over to collect the service call fee and providing an invoice. Good luck trying to find out what the technician reviewed and what the issues are. Company does not respond if you need to know these answers

Quincy, the technician that JPS Canada sent to address the cooling system issue in my condo was courteous, prompt and efficient from start to finish. He called me 30 mins before he arrived to confirm the location, identified the problem, took my permission to fix it and did so in less than an hour. JPS Canada came to make two Fan coil retrofits because of a mould problem. Their workers were very professional. First they laid carpeting down and covered my furniture. Not only were they very polite but fully explained everything they were doing. They replaced the old insulation, thermostats and registers. The finished work looked beautiful. Later I noticed a noise when one of the AC’s came on. Also the thermostats were not what I was used to. So Saturday morning I called and left a message. To my surprise the owner, John, called me himself on Sunday morning. He couldn’t have been nicer. He made a special order requesting the thermostats I liked. Two days later all was rectified. I am so delighted. My mould allergies are gone. Last night I slept well! The first time in forever, it seems. I cannot thank JPS Canada enough! Wholeheartedly I am recommending them to all my friends.

They were fantastic. I am renovating an older condo. Both air conditioning systems were leaking and the shut-off valves were old and not holding the water. It was a nightmare. JP Canada saved the day. The owner, JP, is hands-on and is there to make sure everything goes smoothly. He really cares and his employees have told me how much they enjoy working for him.
