Well they really don’t listen to well, especially the cabinet woman I think her name is Linda she was quite rude! She got my order all wrong they refused to fix it! I told her and the contractors that I wanted a dishwasher opening in the cabinets that’s all! She still refuse To do it! Looking to milk lot of money I think she knew we got a grant to fix our home and thought we didn’t deserve it! Because she asked us how does it work? why should she care it was paid off!! She treated us like crap!! We are still paying for it!! Not kewl made us wait long time for the cabinets, oh and forgot a whole section! hard to live with no kitchen when I have a special needs kid who needs attention and kitchen all the time!!

I go here on a regular basis.. I dont know whos writi g all these positive views because the chick on the front cash is the laziest person ... I think she hates her job .. gonna video tape her sometime and let her go famous.. and there is always staff in thw womens washroom talking on the phone It never ends. Spend 14 minutes on hold and then he hangs up... impossible to speak to someone Today's kent adventure... we walk in the door my husband has a pop can ,he went to put the can in the garbage. And the cashier says i"s there any pop in there , my husband says there might be a drop".She says well it doesn't go in there . What is wrong with this place? It's like everytime we come here .... by the time you get past the big blotchy cashier .. your mood is ruined for shopping Today's kent entertainment .. "over"

Update February 1st 2021. The customer service has actually improved. I've dealt with this particular store quite a bit and I find the staff to be very friendly and helpful. They can get pretty busy but there's usually not much of a wait for help. They have a huge selection in a tastefully laid out store. it is becoming more overcrowded with merchandise than it used to be which makes it annoying getting around with carts.

I would like to give a higher rating because every time I go into the store the staff are always really friendly and helpful; especially the front end cashiers, they're always very nice. My biggest problem is that you can NEVER get through to the department you need when you call in to ask a question; it's extremely frustrating since I live a good distance from the store and can't just run in to ask about a price or some information on a product.

The local staff is awesome its the accounting and head office people that are the issue. Had a business account for 25 years and when Kent took over had a very bad experience with the accounting people over a bill where I did nothing wrong. Closed account over a year ago and won't deal with Kent anymore as a result and I was a steady good customer for all those years.

I have gone to this store for years, and have always found the staff (esp. Barry, Paul) to be willing to bend over backwards to help. The name transition has not dropped the in-person service level a bit. They give great advice, and have become good friends. I cannot speak to calling in, nor ordering issues. I am sure that a call to corporate to give a calm complaint could be helpful to them and to you.

New Card for finance plans is torture.... Your statements are never right. You can never talk to a person... all automated machines that never connect you to a person. Completely disappointed and unsatisfied. The only reason I chose one star is because it wouldn't let me post without selecting one, otherwise I would have chose none.

Don't buy a Kitchen from these guys. You will end up being ignored if you aren't satisfied. Job was done by sloppy carpenters not the professionals you believe you will pay for. Mistakes galore and damage to the existing house.

Horrible customer service and poor product quality. We ordered (in Feb 2021 ) kitchen cabinets, counter top and flooring from here. We were told it would take around 4-6 weeks. Months passed we’ve called to inquire about our order and no one would even know what we were talking about. The man who runs the kitchen cabinet area needs some extra training, he ignored calls, emails and even my husband in person. Anyway, we finally we got our stuff (6 months later) and the cabinets have a few nicks in them, they gave us the wrong pantry and the counter top was cut wrong twice then we were told they did the best they could do (uh what lol!?) thankfully my husband fixed it and the kitchen looks great but we won’t be back. We will shop else where for our next Reno project.
