Complete and utter lack of compassion. Intentions to cause harm. While working on our street Viewcon has twice cut off the internet - we run a company that is 100% internet based. Each time their only response has been "yeah, that happens all the time". Never expressed any intention to figure out how to avoid it happening again. This week they cut our Invisible Fence for our dog. They cut it and they knew it - they rolled up the line and all of our flags and threw them on the lawn. They didn't even have the courtesy to let us know. Had I not gone out to take out recycling the first time the dog was out he could have run into the street and got run over.

Every street has people on it who complain. Looks like most of them have complained on here. I have never seen a company care as much as this one has. Great work and great company to work for.

If you are looking to get anything done that involves the city for permits/inspections I highly recommend. They work well to make sure your project goes smoothly and according to all rules and code requirements the city or municipality require. They are adding sewers to 3 properties I own. Process is smooth and they keep their word.
