I called Rusnak Masonry about cracked mortar along a corner joint I was concerned about. Elliott responded to my call same day, inspected the the area and advised that no repairs were necessary. He even did a small improvement on the spot at no charge! Now that's what I call customer service. If you need expert advise or repairs, call Elliott.....he's professional and a really nice young man to boot. Five STARS in my book.

I had a 10x10ft cement pad poured for a shed that I am having built in my back yard. My yard has a bit of a slope which required a lot prep work. Great work -very clean and precise. No other contractors responded to my request for a quote. Thank you team Rusnak :)

We contacted Elliot at the end of November 2020 when we moved into our new home to discuss replacing a decaying brick window sill. He came gave an honest consult of the decay telling us we had a few years before needing to worry about it and gave us quote that we were quite happy with and agreed we’d still be in touch in the spring when the weather turned nice again. With temperatures on the rise this 2nd week of March 2021 he called us and asked if we still wanted to replace as he had an opportunity to come over the next day.... which these days is amazing as most things these days we almost have to beg retailers and trades people to return calls to take your money. He came while we were at work completed the job and other than the new window sill they put in you’d never know they were here. Highly recommend Rusnak masonary. The sill looks amazing and they are super friendly pros!!

I had been trying and failing to get a mason to come diagnose an issue with our exterior brickwork and I'm so glad that I finally found Elliot Rusnak. He diagnosed the issue from photos and was able to come out to fix the cause of some ongoing water damage affecting the interior of our home as well as the exterior brickwork. Unlike every other mason I've tried to contact, Elliot is easy to reach and communicates with his customers, and clearly stands behind his work. We'll be having him come back in the spring to fix the damaged bricks now that the root cause of the issues has been repaired. Highly recommended!!

We have a historic school house building condo conversion. Half of our school house was built in 1890, the other half addition was completed in 1938. Our unique building has two types of brick, both using different brick styles and mortar. These variables create specific challenges for restoration. During the initial consultation with Elliot we were very impressed with his knowledge of the type of bricks and mortar we had and also the work that needed to be done. He was meticulous with details in every area of the building that needed attention. The 4 man work crew was at our building a total of three days. They were punctual, professional, courteous, and cleaned up at the end of each day. During the restoration Elliot would stop by periodically each day and inspect the work being done. Nothing was overlooked, he paid so much attention to every detail. When the job was complete we were beyond satisfied. Many of the areas that needed attention had to have bricks replaced along with the repointing, however, you would have a difficult time trying to distinguish the quality of work from his work crew and the quality of work from the skilled craftsmen from the 1890s.
