(Digging/concrete pour/rain dates etc.) The work was done quickly and efficiently with no inconvenience to us. Where to begin, they were hired because they did concrete (for our sidewalk) and asphalt (for the driveway). I won't start with the time we waited for them to start, blaming it on weather one week (when it only rained twice for about 10 minutes each time during that week at night) to broken equipment. Once they came and dug out the driveway that's all they did, dug it out and left a mess. They had clear instructions in what was wanted with detailed diagrams even commenting how good the drawings were. When they finally showed up to dig Sean seemed confused about what was supposed to be done even though he was the point of contact the whole time. They dug it out and left, didn't level it or pack it down. When they came back to lay the form for the sidewalk the workers didn't seem to know what they were supposed to do. To the point that the neighbors came to me and commented if how much they didn't seem to know what they were doing. The one day it didn't rain that week was the one day they didn't show up. They finally layed the sidewalk but again was done wrong and the cement is level with the back door when it was supposed to be underneath the lip. So now I have to worry if rain is going to come in under the door. Not to mention they broke our front steps so left with nothing. Told them this was how we needed to get in and out until the cement dried and their solution was two 2x6 planks which was like a slide everytime it rained. Dangerous. I complained about the mess, dirt and rocks left of the front grass, they left an auger and another piece of equipment on the front lawn that was not used for our project. Just left it there for a week. They finally came and levelled and packed down the driveway and instead if letting it settle they came two days later and layed the asphalt. Excited for it to be done and look nice I came home to a dirty uneven driveway. The pictures say it all. And no response from them. We've tried power washing the dirt off the driveway and footprints off the side walk with no luck so far. Yes you did the work for my landlords who live 21/2 hrs away.
