It's nice to go there and get quick service. If they don't have what you want in stock, they will order it in and call you when it come in or find out if you'd like a delivery service to your door. What more could you ask for, unless you want them to put it up for you. I think you'd be paying more but the knowcwhat they're doing. Cimeboncdown and get all you need to side your home!!

I would give a 0 STARS if possible. Dropped in 2 times in the span of 8 months as they had taken all my info to come out and do a quote for entire siding on my house. Nobody called or showed up. I decide to go in a few weeks ago and demanded to speak with the Owner. Wayne did come speak with me and assured me he would be out that afternoon (Friday) and worst case scenario that coming Monday. Both days come and went with no call and no visit. I can't imagine IF I had hired them what that may have looked like IF they couldn't deliver on something like a Quote. I hope this saves someone else the grief of dealing with these guys....

I sure wish Larry Remington, the original owner never sold this business as he would no doubt call his customers back, plus give them quotes. I had Henry come by to measure 3 years ago and that was way before Covid, the owner Wayne basically never gave called or email with any quotes. He basically doesn’t care. Lousy customer service, we have gone elsewhere who give their customers top notch service.

Thanks for nothing! Requested a quote September 2020, and after multiple phone calls, emails etc, they finally came to quote in July 2021. I was told that perhaps they forgot about me and the owner (whom came to quote the job) said that he would just fit me in this fall because "it's not that big of a job". Now, he suggests other companies should do it and said that he can't do it until next spring? 2 years after the original quote request?? I get that covid has changed the world, but I could have gone to trade school and learned how to do the job myself much faster... brutal.. 0 stars

Called for an estimate to be done for a new exterior door. They told me they were a bit busy but made an appt time for someone to come look at it. They never showed..never called to reschedule never gave an explanation for the no show. Took my business elsewhere.
