These guys were great! We decided on them after seeing the work they have done on multiple houses on our street. We had a great crew headed up by Josh who excavated the front of the house, put in a sub pump, added weeping tile that was not there before, and did a MASSIVE parge job to the front as well as all around my garage and porch area. I had also had them redo the top and sides of my porch as the house is about 65 years old and the concrets was crumbling away on the sides. They did a great job and got it done in a reasonable amount of time. I had called them back a couple times to fix some finishing areas in the parging and porch sides to which they were very understanding and never stopped until I was happy with the end product. They really went over and above what is generally done to make sure I as the customer was happy with the end result. About a month and a half after the job had been fully complete the ground had settled quite significantly which gave me cause to worry with it settling under the porch steps they had just put in so I gave the office a call to ask if someone could take a look. Within an hour and a half my doorbell rang and Josh was there to take a look and work with me to resolve it! Would recommend them to anyone looking based off (if nothing else) the quality of service they gave, never mind the quality of work.

We had a flood. Basement was torn apart, drying, waiting for rebuild.shown where the water poured from a floor drain outside our basement door andsmall trickle near a wall. Said I wasn't worried about the trickle, only the drain. Contracted to clear the drain, Jack out cement to create trough to a wall, install drainage and sump pump. That pump is only useful for that floor drain, it is at least 6 inches higher than the rest of the basement. Jack hammering caused leaks,We are leaking now need to install a second sump pump. Had them back,no sorry,we messed up,and thousands more to rip out new basement for second repair.

Just had an internal breakout completed by Corry and his crew. Cory was very helpful and knowledgeable. The crew worked quickly and well together. The basement was left in good condition and as clean as to be expected given the amount of concrete and dirt removed and replaced. I am very pleased with the work and DryBasements.com Ltd.

Looks like I had a serious water leak in my basement so contacted Dry Basements to get a repair estimate. One of their reps - Robert O'Donnell - was out the same day and gave me a preliminary assessment, but suggested I remove the drywall and insulation in the affected area so he could have a better look. Came back two days later and discovered the leak was not in my foundation, but was coming from a separate plumbing issue. No basement concrete repair to be done, but Rob was courteous and professional in walking me through the issue. Based on my encounter with Rob if I had needed concrete repair work I would definitely have gone with Dry Basement! Thanks!

The assessment process was very informative, the guys slaving away in the intense heat never once complained or used foul language (a blessing as we have young kids), and they kept us informed and consulted with us throughout the entire process. We had DryBasements.com Ltd repair our basement wall, and they did a great job. We also had structural issues with our cottage. They said they could also repair it. I had doubts because of the extent of the damage and work required, and it is on an island. Much to my surprise and relief they were able to. Not only were the repairs extensive they had to be organized to get all materials to the island and stay there. Work was completed in a very timely manner and the cost was less than what was quoted. Dealing with everyone at DryBasements has been a pleasure. Their integrity is above and beyond what has become the new normal. It was a pleasure dealing with with.

Make sure you understand the "warranty" or the contract before you hire DryBasements Please read and I'll explain. We had two separate areas "repaired" at our house and a month later they leaked in the same manor as before the "repair." The salesman turned into a bully; blaming my wife for telling him to fix the wrong crack. All my wife did is point out a crack that we had noticed. It's a finished basement, how are we to know what crack is leaking? That is why we hired the "professionals." It quickly became apparent to us that this company was not going to stand behind their work. The President of the company did reply to us with a very passive aggressive and sarcastic email where he said they will come try again at an additional cost. But if that didn't work "we will then need to discuss additional excavating and additional work which will be at an additional cost." To summarize as the home owner we need to keep paying for them to try different things as they don't have a clue what they are doing. That being said here is the part about contract they will pressure you to sign. "I understand that the recommended repairs are based on visible indicators and agree that the above recommendations will only solve issues originating at this repair location." Translation: If we fix the wrong thing you are not covered. This is exactly what happened at our house. They repaired a crack that wasn't leaking on one wall and on the other wall they repaired a crack they could hardly find when it was a footing leak. Now they are asking us to pay more money after already spending almost $2900. With no end to the costs in sight we cannot afford to keep going. This is an incredibly unprofessional and unreliable company.
