Buyer beware. Will try to squirm out of every issue. For example...... there was snow blowing in my rear sliding door. It was not installed properly by the builder. The window company had to come and install slag. This is the best part! Marc told me the snow blowing into the house was due to living in Canada and the direction my house faces. If it wasn't for Tarion these guys would have lied conned and scammed their way out of all of their responsibilities.
