The estimate was provided very quickly and professionally. Work started very close to the quoted date. Dang, Sean and Sterling worked as hard as I've ever seen 3 men work, in very hot weather and in very good humour. Can't say enough about those 3 guys! Job was completed very well, cleanup was excellent and contact with office staff regarding invoicing and payment was extremely pleasant and professional. After consulting with five different roofing & siding companies and meeting with their respective reps to discuss material choices & estimates, we eventually determined that Pristine was the best fit for us. Having reached that decision, we hired them to do a fairly large project for us involving the installation of new shingles, soffit, fascia, eaves, removal of stucco all-round, removal of back steps, re-sheeting & insulating all-round, installation of PVC siding (Royal Celect), and contracting the masonry (to compliment the siding) as well as some electrical wiring for a new deck we were having built. It’s now been a year since we first met with Don, six months since the work began, and four months since it was completed. We are truly very happy with the outcome. Don was great to work with from the beginning, Rod & the roofing crew gave us a great new roof, Chris & Danielle did awesome work on the house from the first day to the last (they did everything mentioned above apart from the roof, masonry, & electrical), and the mason Don hired did a great job of the stonework (it looks amazing along with the siding). Prices were all reasonable and the workmanship was excellent. We have since hired Pristine to do my mom’s roof and it turned out great as well. We have referred a few others as well as we highly recommend their services. They get very busy in high season, though, so be sure to book them in the fall/winter if you can in order to have your work done in the spring/summer. All in all, we’re very happy with our decision to go with Pristine Roofing & Siding and recommend that you give them an opportunity to do for you what they did for us if you’ve got work needing to be done on your house. You won’t regret your choice and will no doubt be very pleased with the outcome, just as we are.

Excellent work, they moved quickly and with minimum disruption to my life. Cleanup was done well (they even come back for a second nail sweep), the crew worked safely, and the followups were appreciated. I wasn't particularly impressed until the neighbors roof was done a few days later. Their crew made a mess of MY yard that wasn't cleaned up, they left work undone, and not a harness in sight. Don't settle for anything less than a professional company that does things the RIGHT way. Pristine is one of them.

Nothing but a bad experience twice now. Had paneling installed on our pillars. Over the winter the lacquer/paint had flaked and peeled. Called Pristine and then waited for a quote on how much to replace. The cost to re-panel the pillars was under warranty so no issue there. It was the time it took to finally get the job done. Forward a few years later, had some stucco'ing done and in the process the stucco company ruined the pillars where as the lacquer/paint was ripped/peeled off by the tape they stuck to the pillars. Went to Pristine and talked to one of the employees who was familiar with the work done on our house. It has now been a month and a half waiting for a quote to see how much to replace. Numerous emails have been sent and nothing back or if responded no news yet on how much to replace and when if it can be done before winter. if I could do a -5 stars I would.

Pristine Roofing & Siding is a professional company. We did business with them twice and haven't been disappointed 1 second. This time, we had major exterior renovation done, replacement of rotten wood siding, installation of vinyl siding, fascia, soffit, window trim, eavestroughs, etc. The work was done when promised, and it was done very well and fast (all done in a week). They’ve used top quality materials, the finishing is perfect, and they did a good cleaning at the end. An inspector came to evaluate the work and see if there was anything we had to complain about. Every time we contacted the company, they returned our phone calls the same day, even though they are super busy. We would recommend Pristine anytime. They are the best.

This company was working on a home a few doors down and set up shop completely blocking our driveway. They proceeded to lay metal downspouts all over our yard and to crouch down and cut metal on our drive. We explained we needed access to get out of our driveway due to a seriously relative. They said ok we will be 15 min. An hour half later and still completely blocked in and metal all over our property. I would never hire them.

The whole experience was excellent. First we had Louie and his team do our insulation and reseal vents in the attic. It was so hot but they worked effortlessly and quickly.The next team John, Devan, Mikey, and Jordan worked two full 12hr days in the extreme heat on our roof.They were incredibly pleasant and respectful. We have excellent shingles and they put all the right venting in and fixed all repairs needed. They worked incredibly hard. Any questions they always were ready to explain. Then lastly we had our gables redone and once again the team worked quickly and efficiently. Our roof looks fantastic and I would hire them again.

FAST........CLEAN........EFFICIENT!!! What more could you ask for? Shingled garage and house in one day. Had as many as eight or nine guys working at any one time. The CAA discount was a nice touch and the initial presentation was very well done. Would highly recommend.

They did my neighbors roof and the roofers made way more noise than necessary. I get that its a very loud job with the roofing gun and generator but to top it off they blasted music louder than the generator and yelled at one another to communicate all day to compete with both the generator and the blasting music. Luckily I dont have toddlers but I do work from home and couldn't move my entire office space to accommodate their unnecessary noise. I asked politely if they could please turn it down. They turned it up. I called the office... who informed me there's no noice violations during the day. So fine. I wore my headset for two days and had to explain to others on the conference calls that neighbors were having their roof done and they weren't home to hear this. In addition, I've been picking up nails and drill bits from the street we all park on for the past 2 weeks. When my roof needs work, Pristine will skip the list for any consideration.

I called pristine for a roof replacement and was told an estimator would give me a call and set up an appointment. 4 days later I got a call when I was unavailable,telling me to call back, so 4 calls and 4 days later I got a text asking to send a text asking what I wanted,so I immediately sent a text explaining i wanted an estimate. 3 days later i got a text back saying he (rick) would try and find time to call me that day...that was 4 days ago..pristine was the first place I called and since I had 4 other estimates done and returned. If I could give 0 stars I would totally unprofessional, at least on the estimators end,pristine must lose a ton of business do to this issue . Call someone else is my recommendation..

Pristine has very poor customer service. Andrew came out to give us an estimate, which was reasonable and seemed very professional. Our deposit was taken immediately, there was no start date offered. 10 wks later after no communication from Pristine I emailed asking when we could expect them, office manager responded and sent someone out next day. The job was done differently than originally discussed, when I questioned the changes & requested the project manager to come out to take a look at the job & discuss, he got very defensive & turned hostile. I was shocked at how I was being spoken to as a customer. I called one of the owners, Don. I explained the situation and he said it was out of character for this to happen. I was at least relieved that not more customers had to go through what I had to go through. I told him I understood about people having bad days but this was much more and asked that he speak with him and get back to me with some sort of explanation or apology. Its been 3 weeks now, I've left 2 voice mails with Don as well as texted, so he would have my number. I have heard nothing. Pristine has dismissed my concerns, and not once have I raised my voice or been anything but professional. I am at a loss for words at being dismissed. In closing, if your job goes well, and you don't mind taking your own time consistently following up with this company, that's great. HOWEVER, If you have concerns or question anything about the workmanship or customer service, I would stay away from Pristine, I have NEVER experienced such a poor experience when dealing with a company.

If you Google "best roofing companies Winnipeg," Pristine appears and it's with good reason. The issue facing my home was clearly explained during the estimate, and the options presented to me cost what I expected. I was confident about making a deposit immediately and felt no need whatsoever to shop around. Pristine arrived in the week they said they would, and completed the work in a day. Nuisance details like long tree limbs were taken care of, and my yard was left as clean as they found it. For the second phase of the project, they referred me to a contractor to complete ventilation issues in my kitchen, which was a painless process partly because Pristine stepped in to help with touch-ups after the sale. I should add that correspondence with Pristine was prompt at all stages. I can't find something to complain about. I'd recommend them by word of mouth to family and friends.
