Great price. Great Service. Requested a quote online at midnight and had a quote the next morning by noon. Ended up waiting until Spring 2019 and they kindly honored my quote. Jill was great to deal with on the phone and answered all of my questions. what can I say. This company from the first phone call to the final wave to the contractors was excellent. Service over the phone was excellent,Thanks Jill. The quote came quickly and we were put on the list to have the work done. Communication from the company was great and there were no surprises. They guys who came by were pleasant, polite and just got straight to work. They finished our roof and garage in about 10 hours total between 2 days. We were blown away with how quick they were. Clean up was thorough and impressive. Every single piece of every single thing was removed. You wouldn't have known they were here except for the gorgeous new roof. I highly recommend Hart Roofing.

We had old shingles that had disintegrated (biodegradable shingles?!?!?), they were booked up for about a month, came over in the freezing rain and tarped our roof in the meantime. Happy with installation. Did notice a significant hole in my outer screen window upon the crew finishing (and just so happen to have photos out that window of the crew arriving the morning prior - no hole in screen). So I did not appreciate the harsh response from Jill upon calling the office to ask about it. "We'll fix it. What's your address. Ok might take a while." I asked what they recommended I do for payment in the meantime. "Well, you can pay us. You can hold back a hundred bucks or something if you want but we will fix it. I don't know what to tell you." Punctuated with a number of awkward silences. Hey, my property was damaged. I simply inquired, completely calm and kind. A simple apology would have gone a lot further in this instance.

Our apologies but this review is coming in quite late as the work Hart did for us took place 3 years ago. After 3 years, the work done still looks phenomenal. We can't say enough good things about our experience with Hart Roofing. When we decided to go into contract with Hart, they provided us a timeline of when the work would get done, and were right on par with the dates they gave. Initially, when we started looking at getting work done on the exterior of our home, we were feeling a bit overwhelmed since this was our first major overhaul of work. With Hart Roofing, when we explained what we wanted done, it was almost like they took us under their wing and guided us through every step of the way. Hart not only took the time to explain the details and the steps involved, they also took the lead on helping to coordinate the other work we were also having done (siding, electrical and painting), providing seamless transitions from one job to the next. Thank you again Hart Roofing for a wonderful job done. :)

This company stands by their motto: The difference is in the details! They were professional and courteous from beginning to end. We had an in person quote within a day or two and it was the most competitive out of 4 others. All communication was either by email or phone as to what shingles samples to send to choose from, when they would be delivered , as to when to expect the job to begin ,weather permitting. All questions were answered promptly...the same day within the hour! Impressive! We received a call the night before the job was to start with final details, the ground crew were courteous and professional . They worked hard and with great care for safety. They even replaced a planter that was accidentally damage during the process...a small detail that goes a long way. The yard was left very clean and of course our roof looks so nice! The job was completed as planned...without delay as the weather cooperated. Their attention to details and client satisfaction is refreshing ! We highly recommend this company. Thank you !

Hart Roofing is a true professional. Unfortunately we had to replace our roof when it was less than 2 years old. It was literally blowing off our roof in chunks during a reasonable wind. The owner of Hart Roofing took the time to come to our house and explain why this was happening and educate us on the issues. The quote was competitive, and the company was recommended by several people. Hart Roofing was more concerned about the long term viability of our roof rather than acquiring our business quickly. They followed up, and were extremely patient while we worked through a lengthy warranty claim with the shingle manufacturer. Out of 4 quotes no other company followed up with us regarding the issues. Once settled, the work was completed quickly and the installers were extremely courteous and clean. After completion there was a follow up call by the owner. There is nothing more we could ask for. Excellent service.
