If you are looking for a company that does it all, I would highly recommend calling Superior General Maintenance and Renovations. I was looking for an established company who was dependable, honest, clean, respectable and who would pay attention to detail. Joe and his team stepped up to the plate and did an outstanding job with several renovations to my home, and they completed the work within the time frame that was agreed to. Added bonus....right on the contract, it states that they have liability insurance/wsib coverage.

Very bad and rude guy picked up phone, i was interested in getting a full house renovation quote, and the guy said a million dollar without even asking me for any details. You could’ve told me, if you need to see the property before giving any quote. But this was very rude behaviour. Well you didn’t loss a million dollar but i can definitely say you loose 100k , thats what other people quoted. Thanks for your business.

Joe is as arrogant and rude as they come. Even told me to get on my hands and knees and do the job myself. Anyways, he quoted my wife and I about 8-10 times what the going rate was. Said he would do deck's all year if he could...I can see why if anyone would pay anywhere close to his asinine prices. Wasn't going to have to do much, no replacing boards etc. Clearly he didn't want the job. I even had other jobs I wanted quotes on, he told me to go eat a salad as he left. He didn't even have time to give us 5 mins. After reading the real reviews I'm glad I didn't get him to do the job. Seems Shady as they come! Next time you don't want the job, just say so.

Please stay away from this guy. All these good reviews are fake! He did a horrible job with our renovation and multiple other renovations we heard about after we had ours done. He has been sued multiple times for his horrible work and has had to change the name of his company because of how bad his work is. Please save yourself time, money, and huge headaches and stay away from Joe Lucier.

Joe and his team does absolutely excellent work. He refinished my basement about 4 months ago and a rental unit a few years ago. Both times extremely happy with the result. What was most impressive is that i had a water pipe burst Thursday night and he was at my house 15 minutes after I called him for help the following day. 2 hours after that, he had his team over working on it, including the plumber to fix the leak. All of this on a Friday. Service and response time simply outstanding. You won't find anyone with better workmanship and caring service. I would recommend his team to everyone.

We had our entire kitchen redone along with baseboard replacements, door replacements, back splash, flooring, refaced cupboards. The crew was on time daily, good work ethics(they worked hard), so polite! After price shopping, we chose Joe. He was not the most expensive, but not the cheapest....he was competitive. And I am a real customer, not a family member or friend as I have read reviews who make such allegations. Joe came over daily to check up on progress, very on top of everything. No complaints. We got along great with the crew. I find that when you treat others with respect, it is returned. Expect some mess....it's a reno! But the crew cleaned up everyday. The timeline was reasonable. He was pretty much on time.....a few days late, but that is normal. Hic ups happen with inventory....watch some HGTV ....it happens. Having an understanding how things work goes a long way.

This is for "business" run by Joe Lucier sometime by name Interior Renovations to avoid claims from previously scammed customers. This guy is unbelievable how disrespectful was to my wife. He promised to finish a job in 2 days, but ended up taking 2 months because he would only show up for less than 1 hour max a day without any notification. Like we were supposed to just stay home waiting to these jokers to show up. This meant, we could not use the bedrooms until then. They got all sorts of gunk and spilled coffee all of our furniture and did not clean up. Part of job was to paid which they did around all trip and outlets! Just shady af. When I saw this guy was running for mayor - I was like no way - I need to speak up.

Joe Lucier, the owner of "Superior General Maintenance and Renovations" is now operating under "Interior Renovations", which should have tipped us off. Why would you abandon an established company and start doing business under completely new one? Unfortunately, my wife hired him. Joe Lucier is a dishonest person. He will promise anything to get the job, lie to your face repeatedly and never admit or own up to his lies even when he clearly did not do what he promised. DO NOT GIVE HIM ANY MONEY until the job is fully done. Don’t get talked into any advance payments like my wife did. This guy pretends to be a family man and a good guy. But he has no problem cheating and taking advantage of other people’s families. Word needs to spread about this bad apple. People who leave misleading positive reviews for their friends are helping dishonest people like Joe Lucier to keep taking advantage of people. Look at this joker - her left a 5 star review for himself.

Listen I have not hired this man but he is a kind amazing human. I saw him on pay fir the groceries of a woman in line ahead of him who was down on her luck. There are good people in this world and this man is one of them. As a designer I’ve worked with a lot of contractors and honesty and integrity is the single most important factor. Thank you for your kindness it meant the world to me.

I've known Joe for a number of years now. Joe is honest to a fault and doesn't pull any punches. He's got a lot of integrity. Every now and then I'd run into him over the years. More recently, I needed some advice on how to approach something and thought he might have the right approach. Again he was brutally up front, but his advice was very helpful! Ya gotta admire someone that builds two successful businesses after the post-industrial apocalypse. Shows a lot of character. I recommend him and his Superior Team for sure!
