We are very happy with the work Sam and his personable team carried out for us. They removed a large old, cracked cement slab from our patio. Access was restricted so they had to wheelbarrow all materials. They showed up on time as promised and workmanship is top notch. Front yard clean-up fantastic - looks better than ever. The team killed it at my house. My backyard was a disaster, it had overgrown brush and trees all around the perimeter, it held a few inches of water after almost every rainfall. The team removed everything I didn't want and was careful to preserve the stuff I wanted to keep. They installed a French drain style system to handle the rain water, re-graded, installed edging for mulch and laid down sod. The property looks fantastic. Also, the team was super nice and easy to talk to when I had questions. 6 stars!

We had Sam come in from Windsor to give us a quote on some major Landscaping and lawn removal. Had contacted other landscapers with a couple no shows and one other ridiculous quote- this young man was so polite gave us time of day and a very reasonable price to do it all!!!! Was so happy to see these guys pull up with the latest equipment and 2 different 3 man crews, so professional- so experienced , polite, went way above and beyond doing things they did not have to do!!!! Sam's crew was contracted to tear out an old fence and replace it with a new fence. Sam was very easy to work with and straightforward. His crew was courteous and above all, NEAT. We are very particular about our grass. They put up the entire fence and you could barely tell than anyone had worked there. The quality of lumber used was definitely better quality than what is offered in retail store. Great job!

The storm in LaSalle on August 6, 2018 left our yard a mess with large broken tree limbs, and one huge limb draped over our fence. Iacono Contracting did an amazing job in clearing the debris, pruning the trees so that we have a good chance to save them. And on top of that the crew was polite, friendly and went above and beyond in raking and sweeping up.....we couldn’t be happier with the job they did for us!
