Elze contracting and Eddie are incredible. We built our new home in amherstburg back in 2019 and our builder experience was meh and not much more so we opted to leave our basement unfinished but when Covid hit quickly realized we needed more space (we also brought another tiny human into the world so the more space the better haha) We found ELZE contracting on trusted pros and emailed him for a quote along with others. Eddie was the 3rd to come to our house but his professionalism was quickly noted. As we explained what we wanted it was clear our visions were easily going to match! The entire project took about 7 weeks and we successfully added a living room, office, playroom, bedroom and bathroom! Every fixture Eddie chose was high quality and his suggestions were very much appreciated as we didn’t consider a lot of stuff (ie pocket door for bathroom and tile for our fireplace) The walnut mantle and shelves and the walnut stain on our exposed beams has us obsessed! Every single detail was thought through and Eddie never left us hanging in any concerns or questions - bless his wife for allowing him to spend so much time on our project (over Christmas) we so much appreciated it .
