The whole team is professional and efficient. They impressed me a lot by completing the whole project within three weeks which I thought would be within two months because so many houses got flooded last month. I told Doug, my contact, that my kitchen was going to be rebuilt very soon and Doug promised to complete that area before the new kitchen come, which saved me a lot of time. If the kitchen plan was postponed then I would get problems by re-scheduling. Their quote is not the lowest one but two friends recommended them to me and I am so lucky to wait and finally choose their teams because they were really busy. So I would say to choose someone really professional like them is a good idea. All stuff you need to do is only wait for the completion and nothing else.

The work was completed professionally with attention to detail and our interests were at the forefront. Was having issues with my basement, and needed the exterior weeping tiles fixed. DC's quote was reasonable (I got a few of them), the wait for them to schedule me in for the job to be completed was fair, and they finished the work quickly, while doing surprisingly little damage to my yard. The workers were friendly, courteous, and respectful; they worked during some insanely hot days, and it didn't slow them down. Pics are in random order; tried to grab a few that showed what they did, and how clean they left everything afterwards. Would highly recommend them.

We hired DC Basement Waterproofing and Concrete Raising on two separate occasions. The first job involved waterproofing the basement of a 100 year old building in 2017. Despite terrible weather conditions and a couple of surprises, Doug and his crew worked on the job non stop (even working on Christmas Eve) to finish the job. We have not had any issues with water seeping into the basement since. After the job was complete the site was completely restored. Doug had an employee return the following Spring to repair a damaged sprinkler. Doug and his crew also recently lifted 100 plus feet of concrete sidewalks at another property. They did an excellent job and for a great price. I highly recommend DC Basement. They are extremely professional and do great work.

Best experience I've ever had with any contractor! I had an issue with my concrete steps eroding & crumbling. I chose to go with DC out of 3 different companies, partly because of the great reviews online but mostly because I liked the way Doug explained what could be done to fix it & the reasonable price for the job. His guy Butch did the work & he was very easy to deal with as well. There was a small cosmetic issue during the repair that I brought to Doug's attention, he addressed it quickly & made it right! When the work was done, before issuing the invoice, Doug emailed me to make sure I was completely satisfied with the job. It's obvious these guys take pride in the work they do & Doug cares about his customers. This was a relatively small job but I was never made to feel irrelevant or unimportant. Very professional! The DC team was very busy and it took some times to get the inspection and schedule the fix. My problem was the water line leak and it seemed to be completed in a day and started at am 8:00 but things were not easy as expected. But DC team tried every effort to fix the line to get my family water back in a day and they finally fix the water line pm9:00. Furthermore we found sewer line leak during the water line fix and they came back next day which was Saturday and completed the job as promised. I really impressed with their responsibility and Professional spirit. Regarding the total cost, it was same as another company but DC company's cost includes the sewer line fix too.
