Great customer service, they were very effective at removing asbestos. They gently took care of all my demolition needs. I would definitely recommend them to anyone, and I would hire them again. They were very discreet and didn't mention anything about some of the stuff they saw in the building that could be seen as questionable, so very professional.

Beyond unprofessional - Update I recommend staying away from this company, as they are petulant children. They did not show up to take a sample as they said. I spoke with Noah on the phone around 5:30 and he said they were coming. This was on Monday. At 6:22 after I received a text saying they were not going to make it, I called and asked what is going on, and why did they tell me they were going to be here if they didn't have intent on coming as they said they were busy. After their excuses I told him I would find someone else. Fast-forward to my bad review and now suddenly now I claimed I was going to remove the glue (which I suspected asbestos) myself (which I did not). They never called/texted me if they were so concerned or said anything to me at all. But after reading the bad review suddenly they needed to call government agencies. I will treat this as retaliation and harassment and I will let whoever comes know. Note - The glue came back negative for asbestos. Not that Noah/Ambassador bothered to find out or care. They are just looking to attack me I guess for the bad review. Original Had a 5 pm appointment. They did not show up. I called at 5:30 PM, they told me he was 10 minutes out. At 6:22 PM sent a text saying he was not going to make it. I waited for an hour and a half and their excuse was they were preparing for the job they had tomorrow. Didn't seem to care to waste my time apparently.
