I contacted Allstar Roofing in summer 2019. They were extremely busy so it took a little while for them to come to my house. However they always apologized and called/texted if they couldn’t make the appointment. James was very professional and pointed out all the problem areas of our roof. I could tell he is a perfectionist in his work. I have a lot of confidence in this company and would recommend them.

Our roof was in desperate need of repair and after seeing what an amazing job they did on my in-laws, there was no question who to call to do ours. Nigel was very personable and his crew was very respectful. In two days we had our brand new roof and our lawn looked like they had never even been there when they were done. AllStar Rofing team did a great job replacing our roof last week. The entire process, from quoting to completion, was professional and timely. Nigel, patiently took the time to explain us the inherited deficiencies of our roof that he found during installation, and how he will have them properly fixed. The communication was quick, team members very considerate and at the end of the job (which took only 2.5 days – exactly as estimated) the place was left as clean as found. Overall, we are very pleased with AllStar Roofing’s workmanship, the prophesional attitude and the great warranty. This is a team that does deserve All-(5)-Stars***** Thank you all!

This company is great , the workers are very responsive and polite. When I called they sent someone out same day. He inspected my leaky roof and fixed the issue on the same day. They were also very reasonably priced so I will be sticking with this company for any and all of my future roofing needs.

We discovered a roof leak late on a Wednesday afternoon. James from All-Star called me back on Thursday morning, and came by and repaired the roof on Thursday afternoon. Our roof was fixed less than 24h after we found the problem! I am so happy about that. I called 8 local roofing companies on Wed and All-Star was the only one able to send someone the next day. Next time they'll be my only call.

They took special care with my landscaping covering what they needed to and moving items for safe keeping. James and his crew are efficient, on time and have a great work ethic, you can tell they take great pride in their work. They are true professionals. I would strongly recommend them to anyone. The moment every home owner doesn't look forward too... time for a new roof. I was able to avoid contacting numerous roofing companies for quotes because in a simple 10 minute light conversation about my need for a new roof, there was no sales pitch or arrogance regarding his company. It was like talking to a friend with all the knowledge of roofing. His team arrived at 7am and their flawless workmanship and organization throughout the day and cleanliness was amazing to watch. I can honestly say the roof looks like a million bucks and I appreciate a business that makes the customer feel informed and confident rather than anxious and nervous. Derek and his team were very professional and a pleasure to deal with. They kept in contact with me throughout the process and are very trustworthy. I cannot praise the team enough. I do not write reviews unless really impressed. They were quick in getting back to me every time I had a question. The Allstar Roofing team also repaired the roof immediately since there was an emergency leak so that I would not have to worry while waiting for the roof to be redone. This was a rental property that was in need of a brand new roof and they were not only pleasant with me but also the family that lived in the rental property. They are honest and have integrity. Had trouble finding someone to come out to even take a look at my shed roof. A couple companies said they would come out for a quote, but never showed up. I made also a couple online requests for someone to come out, but no response. Called up Allstar and spoke to James, and he came over the next day. Not only that, their pricing is very reasonable. There aren't enough superlatives to describe the professionalism of Allstar Roofing. It began when I met with Derek and he allayed my concerns about safety, cleanup and timeline. He said 3 days and that is exactly how long it took. Because I didn't want work done on the weekend, they taped up the area so it was secure. The crew worked tirelessly on very hot and long days. Every day I stand outside and stare at my beautiful new roof. I also noticed that the upstairs of my two-storey home is much cooler. One neighbour said that she now wants a new roof since mine looks so good. Another neighbour quoted on FaceBook: "So, my neighbour had her roof done by AllStar Roofing, and they not only cleaned up the mess in her yard, the came into my yard and ran their magnet, swept, and finished with a leaf blower! These guys did an outstanding job on our roof. We had 4 other companies come to give estimates but decided to go with All-Star because within five minutes of climbing up on the roof, Nigel had identified some serious problems that the other guys didn't notice the whole 20-30 minutes they were up there. because of that the quote he gave was fairly accurate and the work his team did is superb. I highly recommend these guys.

I have never had a roof replaced before but from what I was told it was going to be a long arduous process. Now, that everything is completed I can say I am pleasantly surprised. Great work done by James and Kim. Nigel took pictures of before and after of the plywood that that was replaced, ( i had some major damage by skylight and chimney) . The chimney had major leaks but now no water is coming into the house. James went out of his way to help me with bathroom vent connections, All Star Roofing crew were-more than happy to help me anyway they could. I would definitely recommend this company for roofing, Extremely professional crew.

To Allstar Roofing Allstar is five star in my books. The crew Derrick and Nigel sent to my house were stellar. Thomas, James and Colland are the most polite and courteous workers I have encountered. They were professional, organized, safety oriented and worked very clean. The roofing job was completed in a timely fashion with some extras thrown in. I had to leave for an appointment and had no qualms leaving my house open to them unattended. At the end of the job Derek (owner) came by to inspect the job and made sure nothing was left unfinished. Roughly 3 months ago I got this company to do my roof. It was a lot of work. I had to get all new ply wood down, it’s a steep roof as well. I knew it would take awhile. Well it did , I wanted the whole house re plywooded. Me and my wife paid top dollar to get it done RIGHT! I recently just notice spots on my garage that wasn’t plywooded , the chimbing is now leaking. I decided to call Nigal and I got no answer. I’ve been msging him my concerns n problem and he hasn’t reached back! I wouldn’t recommended this company to anyone ! Over priced for a bad job !

We were called to Windsor to assist in the water damage claims in September of 2016. We had a client that had a leaking roof and called Derrick from Allstar Roofing. He was very professional on the phone. It did take him over a week to get out to inspect the roof. While I understand that it is a busy time. 2 weeks later the roof was still not tarped, nor do I have the report or quote. When called to follow up on tarping there was no answer and no follow up phone call. We ended up having to get another local roofer to tarp the roof.
