Had a renovation done on our home with this company, I had my bike i owed for several years a bunch of Xbox one games and a pair of work boots that were stored in the home during the renovation that were stolen. None of the stolen items were returned or replaced even after mentioning it to management..

I'm writing a review for my senior friend who has just gotten a new deck built. She loves it. It looks great and is sturdy, everything you want in a deck. The only negative part of her experience was the lack of clarity in communication. She expected them a couple of days when they didn't turn up. Had she known they weren't coming, no problem. Next time, a phone call or two would be all it would require to be 5 stars. All in all, she's incredibly happy with the project.
