Actually, no stars. Monday, Matt Todd came to our place, we agreed on a job for him to do. He would pick up supplies and start the job on Tuesday. That didn't happen. The supplies were delivered late Tues PM. The job was rescheduled to Wed when he would also bring a plumber. That didn't happen, the job was rescheduled for Thursday PM. At 5:00 PM Thurs When they hadn't arrived, I called Matt and found out we had been forgotten by both him and the plumber. I asked him to come and pick up his supplies. Matt needs to under-promise and over-perform, not the opposite, and to learn that reliability is a valuable commodity.
