It didn’t feel like the perfect time to tackle a small renovation during COVID, but we couldn’t wait to get rid of our old carpet in our home office, since working from home is going to be the norm for awhile. We stopped into Home Envy just before the holidays and Lacey was amazing, showing us all the options of luxury vinyl in different colours. We made our selection and decided to also redo the trim in the room as well, freshen everything up. Lacey had the quote to us really quickly and we booked an installation date shortly for after the holidays. Frank, our floor installer, was on time, professional, tidy and had it all done in a couple hours! We couldn’t be happier with the process and final product. I highly recommend Home Envy! As excited as we were to get our flooring redone, we were also overwhelmed with it. Coriey & Lacey were absolutely fabulous at walking us through the process, and helped us make the right choices. Of course, when it comes to execution, there are always surprises and this was no exception. Getting over the challenges together as a team is what makes the end of project shine. Brody and his team were phenomenal at their job and the finishing details showed not only their skills, but also that they cared. We were so excited to come home to our new floors, but were over the moon to find that our place was delivered professionally cleaned. We needed new flooring in order to list our home and Home Envy was able to suggest the perfect carpet for our needs. We wanted to get them done quickly so they were able to use a carpet that was in stock AND they brought in another tradesman to have our carpets replaced all in one day! Should we need their services in the future, I would not hesitate to hire them again. They did a great job!

We completed a kitchen renovation and replaced flooring on all 3 levels of our house using Home Envy/Floor Envy about a year ago. We are so thrilled with the results and are so thoroughly enjoying our updated space. We were so frustrated with the dysfunction of our space before and how dark and heavy it felt. Our new kitchen functions amazingly well and looks beautiful too. We completed the reno when COVID restrictions made things a bit more challenging to navigate, but Lacey and Coriey were professional and great to deal with every step of the way. The whole team was awesome! I had never done any type of reno, however i i just did a full reno on my bathroom and at the same time i had them redo my kitchen floors. It wasn’t as hard as i thought. I went to the showroom and selected the floors and they took care of the rest. I was sent material options to choose from and they helped me with strata. They went out of their way to make sure i had continued use of the washroom during the reno as i only have one. I now have gorgeous kitchen floors and a beautiful new bathroom - with way more storage. The work is impeccable and i am so glad i did this.

Our laundry room had recently flooded, wrecking all our old laminate floors. We decided that it was time for a flooring upgrade to our entire main floor, and get a new laundry room. Home Envy was great for this project and we will be returning to them after the holidays to re-do our upstairs.
