First off is my disclaimer that I didn’t actually end up using their stucco repair services... as it turned out the hole in my exterior wall was carpentry related. But I had a great experience with Steve, who was very prompt to return communications. He took the time to review two sets of photos I sent him and discuss with me the nature of the problem, as well as what to expect in terms of having it fixed. He also went out of his way to find me an appropriate referral. Having dealt with more than a few unscrupulous repair persons, I am very grateful to Steve for his assistance. We recently required some stucco repair to our home. I called Authentic Plaster and Stucco Inc and Steve called me back within one hour. He came to our home shortly after, inspected and diagnosed the problem and was back a few days later to re-stucco the required areas. In addition he provided us with advice on the general condition of the stucco on our home and referred me to another trades person to have some new roof flashing installed. The service was wonderful, professionally delivered and at a reasonable cost. I will definitely use Authentic Plaster and Stucco for any future stucco work.

We had an area by our garage doors with damaged stucco. Contacted Steve because of the positive Google Reviews here. He was able to confirm based on pictures sent what the scope of work would be and quote (cut open stucco, re-paper, match with existing rock dash). Completed work in 1 day vs 2 days. Lifetime warranty on job. Reasonable quote (we called a few diff companies for quotes and scope of work). He was also kind enough to notice some cracking in the stucco in an adjacent area and came back a diff day when he was going to be in the neighbourhood again for another job to help caulk that area. He's also got a fun sense of humour. Thx

We have an older house (belt. 1967) with numerous renovations over the years. An old wood balcony railing was removed years ago that left gaps in the stucco that were roughly patched and there were other small repairs including a relocated dryer vent, replacement window gaps, and a relocated rear entrance. As well, we wanted to unify the look of the wood sided carport that was an afterthought rather than an integral part of the house. Our request for an estimate was quick, and once we gave the okay, work started right away. Steve is very professional and we are very pleased with the final result. Our neighbour even commented, “That looks a million times better.” And it does, everything matches seamlessly. We are completely satisfied with the repairs and new stucco.
