Originally left a msg for Alex (whom other reviewers had praised) back in the beginning of the year, and it turns out that he no longer works there and no one had returned my call. Called again 3 weeks later and got an abrupt man who says he "won't come out to [a location 20 mins away from W Van] for anyone". Poor customer service.

Had a leak after they just completed the Roof. Contacted someone and they mentioned someone would come by to check it out, well that didn't happen. Still waiting...

Buyer Beware! I ran operations and marketing of this company for 2.5 years. After I took some time off when my father passed away he had hired someone to take my position. He is refusing to pay me over $10,000 I worked very hard to earn. He has no problem taking advantage of his friends and family. Be careful dealing with this company. If read his reviews, they all refer to myself.

My roof started leaking this morning. I called Ambleside Roofing at 2;30 and they came at 4;30 after they finished their other job. I was so happy to have it dealt with immediately and efficiently. Alex was considerate toward my concerns and in the dark and rain he fixed my roof. Thank You.

We are delighted with the new cedar shake roof on our garage. Alex shopped around to get us a good price on the cedar and the result is just terrific. The work was meticulous and they left everything clean and tidy.

Used Ambleside when it was time for a new roof last year and it was a terrible experience, which progressively became worse. From the initial "finished" product to the call backs to repair, there was a complete lack of responsibility in their shoddy workmanship. Terrible customer service as I was given attitude several times when addressing this mistakes made. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEIR SERVICES TO ANYBODY!
