I cannot thank and extend my respect enough to the super technician, Ali, from Pro Ace Heating, for his extremely efficient and professional service to fix my Navien tankless hot water heater. He is the right tech guy to save our days. I have not written any review before but Ali is so amazing I need to share my experience with everyone. I had been having issues with my hot water not being hot enough. A couple of months ago, I called Kirkstone Heating and a tech came to inspect. He said the heater was not in full boil and he would go back and check which part needed to be replaced and get back to me. I haven’t heard from them since. I thought parts order would take some time especially for the current shipping situation. Thanksgiving weekend the temperature of our water lowered even further and I found water leaking in the furnace room. I then called Kirkstone Heating again and they said they would called me back in a few minutes, but I again didn’t hear from them. I decided to instead call ProAce. The receptionist informed me that the earliest appointment date available is Friday but when I explained my situation, she called the technician (Ali). Ali said that since the weather has been cold he would come at the end of his work day after 5pm. He found that the leak was caused by a problem with the pump. He then called the manufacturer, on the spot, to run through everything and found the worn out valve was the cause of water not being in full boil. Ali managed to start the pump manually and fixed the valve for temporary use so we would have hot water for the night. He said he would order the parts and return to fix it the next day. As promised, he came the next day and with a new pump and valve and problems solved. He was extremely knowledgeable, polite, considerate and willing to go out of his way to help others. Salute to Ali.
