#GotScrewed! A guy showed up & told us that they will charge 900 bucks for "snaking", it was too high, so we declined. Then he says he wants $125 for showing up for just 3 minutes!!!! #DaylightRobbery!!!

First called Roto Rooter because of a slow kitchen sink drain. The person came unprepared, I had to give him buckets and towels. The drain snake spewed greasy brown water all over my cupboards and inside the kitchen sink cupboard. Both sinks ended up with full brown water and not draining at all. He wiped the brown greasy water with paper towels I gave him. He said that I have to cut a hole in my basement ceiling and put a clean out and to call the office to get a plumber out. I then called RESONABLE ROOTER and in 45 minutes my clog was gone, very professional and came prepared with all buckets, towels, etc. at almost half the price. Do not use Roto-Rooter. They must just hire any stiff to work for them. REASONABLE ROOTER was great!

The plumbers didn't put on masks as they entered my home, so I asked them to put on masks. The one I was speaking to is the owner of the company, and he said, "we didn't bring any masks," as if that was perfectly reasonable. I sent them away immediately.

I called reasonable rooter on the weekend and they were able to get to me by Monday afternoon kept.in contact over text even showed up an hour early for the appointment. The work that I had done was instalation of two toilets and removal of one, beyond fair and reasonable pricing. While at the job I asked if they could unclog a dain although it was short notice they were more than able to accommodate me and got the job done. I am a satisfied customer and if I ever need anything done from them I will be a returning client! Great job guys highly recommend ???? ???? ???? ????

This company is amazing!! I called after being frustrated with a clogged sink for 2 weeks. They answered back within an hour and came within an hour! Friendly, honest and professional plumber who had it repaired quickly and at a very reasonable price. Not to mention I didn't need an expensive flush that I was told by others. Great job by a local company!!! Dillan was awesome too!!

I Had a blocked floor drain on a Friday and Rick and his crew went out do their way to pick up special equipment and schedule me in . Wonderful. Knowledgeable , Courteous and hard working , I highly recommend them. The cost ? Unbelievably fair - probably too low. I will use them again for all my plumbing needs.
