Jenette, Ron, Brian have been just the absolute best people to deal with.... so down to earth... no pressure sales here... just great hospitality. Mike Alfieri is the best in the business. His vast range of product and service knowledge will definitely provide good guidance and assurance on your project. The showroom is well stocked and prices are reasonable. This is a must visit store if you are remodeling or building new. You will not regret visiting this location. Cheers!

I had two bathroom floors purchased and installed 2 weeks ago from Alfieri. They are both already lifting. I had the installer come out and she said "It is fine. It's supposed to be like that!!! Really!!! Plus, she said it would need it be grouted down the road. I purposely bought the floor because it didn't need grout.

First visit was great excellent service 2nd visit when I went to order my flooring was terrible there was one person on the floor helping someone acknowledged me said he would be with me in a few minutes there were 3 people behind the counter completely ignored me so I wandered around for a bit came around to see one of the people from behind the counter over with the first salesperson helping the original customers then a second one was helping someone else needless to say after waiting 30 minutes to order my flooring put the sample on the table and left I went and purchased my flooring somewhere else that I was treated like my purchase was appreciated

*NEW edit...I did not take the owner up on his offer to clean up the mess. I do appreciate his concern, and hope he has made his employees aware that just dumping waste in people's gardens is not good business practice. It was worse than I had originally thought. I am cleaning it up myself as the 2ft patch of dumped grout dries up gradually and I'm able to scrape it up as much as possible. Again, all waste should be disposed of in an environmentally friendly manner. EDIT - thank you to the owner for replying. There's nothing to clean up as it's under a pile of snow now and disintegrated to a white powder anyway. I'm guessing it was possibly wastewater containing remains from cleaning tools or something. But a company should have an environmentally friendly way of disposing of this. And it was an odd choice to dump it in a neighbour's garden...it made me wonder what on earth it could be if they had to hide it there.*

Worst customer service skills. Called spoke to owners wife she was very nice and was promised that her husband Tim was going to call me the next day in the morning received a call at 2 pm. Unfortunately I had waited till noon and had to purchase paint elsewhere. Kudos to the Dulux paint store on Niagara street in Welland. Excellent staff friendly and knowledgeable. I wasnt not greeted with the phrase "is this going to be fast" as I how I was greeted by the gal at the paint can. Sorry disappointed that my friend and my family raved about your establishment.. but they both dropped alot of money in many purchases there. I was never given the opportunity to do the same. We are in difficult times where we lost how to be kind and social this is when we have to step it up notch to bring a new normal back.

Alferie flooring staff bent over backwards to help with matching up tile colors and styles and even grout and paint colour advice. After my bad experience with another local flooring company who I visited thinking I was supporting local business, I was so happy with Alferie, it is worth it. No hassel or frustration. What a breath of fresh air.
