In early 2017 RTC completed a completed basement reno for us (strip to the walls and start again) in our Beachwood area home. We are extremely happy with the end result and with the process of working with RTC. Chad and his team have a great attention to detail and often fixed tiny things without us even asking. Just one example is the outside water shutoff. Our renovation involved moving the furnace and redoing all of the water pipes. The water pipe work was done first and the furnace venting afterwards. When the water pipes were put in, the outside water shutoff was placed in what looked like a good spot but once the furnace venting went in, it became hard to reach. I noticed this but wasn't going to ask for it to be changed because turning on/off the outside water tap is something I'd only have to do twice a year. To my surprise, later in the spring when I went to turn on the outside water tap, I found that it had been moved to a much better spot. Small details like this really make the difference. We've also had several friends over who have construction/renovation experience and they have all said that they were impressed with the quality of the work. We'd happily get RTC to do work for us again.

We used RTC for a kitchen renovation this past summer, and we're very happy with the quality of work done by Chad, his team, and sub contractors. Despite being in the middle of a pandemic, Chad managed to keep the project right on track as promised. Delays getting new appliances caused the project to drag on, but that was beyond RTC's control. Chad is easy going and lovely to work with, and he did a great job keeping us informed throughout the project. Thanks RTC! We love our new kitchen.

I was notified by our contractor that Robert Thompson Contracting stole pictures of our home and placed it on their site. I went to their site and discovered this was true. I would like the pictures of my home removed immediately. I do not know this company and they had nothing to do with our home renovation project. This gallery is not a proper representation of the work they do. This is called theft.

Robert Thompson Contracting completely renovated 2 original (from the 1980s) bathrooms (main plus ensuite). They also removed popcorn ceilings in three bedrooms, painted bedrooms and bathrooms including replacing baseboards and window and door trimmings. All their work was professional and of excellent quality. They were courteous and always cleaned up daily. We give them a high recommendation.
