We had water leaking in our kitchen last week. We contacted Reuter Roofing and they sent a guy out same day. Discovered an ice dam on our roof. Provided temporary and long term strategies to ensure the leak is taken care of. We will be contacting them in the Spring when the snow is gone and have them fix our roof permanently. Great communication and customer service skills provided by Cory the owner. Thanks so much again. TOP NOTCH! Highly recommend.

We had an interesting experience with Reuter Roofing. The shingles were delivered, crew dispatched and bin delivered so everything looked really promising, they did a decent job on the shingles however did not complete the flashing around the skylight. The waste bin was then left in my driveway for days. I called several times and finally Got a hold of someone asking to have the bin picked up so we could use our driveway again and asking about the flashing. I was assured the bin would be picked up the next day and someone would be sent out to do that flashing work. Again, no bin pickup, no flashing done. Finally 2 days post job the bin was picked up. Now they're trying to convince me that they did send someone to do the flashing. It looks identical to how it did before this job. It is still the same yet they say someone came out to do it and are pressuring me for payment now. Stressful and less that smooth experience with these guys. Would not recommend. Super disorganized. The left has doesn't know what the right is doing at that place.

Workers were professional, kind, quiet and worked systematically, fast and efficiently. They did a great job for clean up and ground clean up. They did the job for me in one day and did my whole roofing in about 8 hours and I'm satisfied with the chocolate brown colour of my roofing.

Thank you for your fast and professional service in fixing our leaky roof. We just heard that roofing companies were considered as non-essential service companies but Rick MacIntosh , the estimator at Reuter assured us that our leaky roof had to be fixed right away because water was coming through a ceiling light fixture in the bedroom . The whole roof was replaced ( it was 17 years old ) in one day. The crew did an excellent job in installing the new roof and cleaning up after the job was completed. Thank you for the job well done guys.

Reuter Roofing replaced our roof approx 7 -8 years ago and all went great no issues. Unrelated to the roof replacement we recently had water leaking in from the fireplace chimney vent which comes out of the roof. They sent out one of their crew and re chaulked around a metal collar on the fireplace vent stack. Very fast and efficient service to make a the attic space watertight.

After Barry came to give a quote on my roof, which I accepted, I was completely ghosted after following up for a job date. No response to my emails - just disappeared. I assume because project was in Toronto but decency to let me know would have been good so I was not left hanging for two months and to find another roofer. Only reason I give 3 stars as two other jobs were well performed in prior years. Otherwise 1 star for wasted time/energy on that roof.

I had a great experience with the company, both in terms of the responsiveness of the owner, Cory, and the precision of the work done by their roof installation team. When I talked to Cory that the roof of my recently purchased house might have some leak, he sent the team within a short amount of time to replace the roof. Also, when I asked the team to do some extra work (like adding a few vents, making them water-tight, and removing plywood that was moldy from underneath), they addressed my needs immediately). Overall, I was really happy with the quality (and also the price) of the work that Reuter Roofing did for me.

We had a second roofing company inspect the job after Reuter was done, and they summed it up as 'these guys should know better'. To Reuter's credit, they came out several times to perform fixes. Unfortunately, there are still issues. I've asked Cory several times to come to the house to confirm the work meets his standards. I never get a response.

Hired Reuter Roofing to replace our clients roof after a wind storm. The experience was terrible. The workmanship was very poor. Within the first months of the "new roof", our client reported water coming in during a rain normal rains, damaging the drywall ceilings in the home. Giving a Reuter roofing a chance to review and repair, they claimed that the issue was the shingles hadn't heat set yet, but months later it was still the same issue. We hired another trade to inspect, and re-attended myself to see for myself, my photos shared here, in how poor the installation was, lack of nailing, raking of shingle installation against manufacturers guidelines, very poor flashing, no drip edge installed, and a significant mess left behind on the roof equivalent of buckets of nails and cut offs scattered about plugging up drains. We satisfied the repair to our important client, by replacing the roof completely, fixed the drywall through out, and offered Cory Reuter the opportunity to repay our exact costs... which he agreed to do, then never responded further ignoring us their client. Many months has passed and Reuter no longer responds simply ignoring their client. Disappointing that they don't stand behind their word, and that this happened in the first place. 1 star is too many!

Do not waste your time. They do not value yours. -I first contacted Reuter to inspect my roof and fix a known hole pointed out to me by an insulation company. (Nov 1) -I inquire about them coming to fix my roof (Nov 9) no response -I let time pass. I inquire again to see when they will be able to do the job. (Nov 23) no response. -I tell them I will find someone else because I can not longer stand to wait (Nov 29) I get a response from the owner Cory They forgot about me and will be there in a day or two. -Inquire again because nothing was done to my knowledge everything is still the same (Dec 5th) I am told they fixed my roof. But, nothing changed I can still see the hole. I also never received an invoice, follow up call or text. -Today December 18th. My roof is still not fixed. My advice is too find a roofing company that follows up and does what they say they will do. I will need my roof redone in a few years and I will 100% use another company. *Dates are accurate because I have all the logs of the conversations.* Edit: 11/19/2019 response to the reply: there is nothing to discuss anymore. I ended up needing a completely new roof costing over 20k and it has been done by another company who returned my call, showed up and did it within weeks of my call.

We had a new roof installed. Any questions we had were answered very quickly by Mike. The job was completed on schedule and under budget which was a nice surprise. The whole crew was very professional and were very careful not to cause any damage to our interlock driveway with the bins when removing the old shingles. Months after the install we had damage to the soffits cause by a raccoon, so we contacted Mike to see if he had someone that could repair them and he had someone there within a day to fix everything. Overall we are very happy with the service we received from Mike and the whole team. We would highly recommend.

I purchased a property in Mississauga that warranted an entire roof replacement (I.e., shingles, plywood, vents, etc). I contacted Barry and requested a quote. Barry was able to provide a quotation almost instantly even without visiting the property. His quote was spot on without surprises. I made Barry aware of our time constraints due to the condition of the roof and the time of year we moved in (December 2018). Barry was able to assign a crew and confirm there attendance to my property. The crew on site worked extremely hard, efficient, and were clean and professional.
