I had Mitchell out in June to provide me an estimate. The price was fair, so he booked me in for the end of July. I admit I was skeptical that the job would be completed on the agreed upon dates. I was pleasantly surprised when everything went exactly as planned. The guys that came out were outstanding...from the work they did to the cleanup before leaving. Very happy customer here. Top notch company, don't hesitate....book your work now!

Appreciated that Mitchell responded quickly when initial contact was made. Came to my home and inspected what needed to be done. Gave an informative firm quote for the job and supervised the two man team that came to my home and worked for 2 consecutive days as scheduled. Abraham and Solaman were the tradesmen and did quality excellent work in a non-intrusive and efficient polite manner and cleaned up after they were finished. I have a small renovation business and a customer from Upper Beechwood wanted some parging done in his basement and garage. I gave him Mitchell Blackwell's name and number. I was there doing other work when he came. He did a good job and matched up the parging well in colour in the garage where there had been water damage. The basement was a larger job that needed some old peeling parging removed and new put on and blended in so that the laundry room could be finished. Well done, timely, professional work. I had another customer in 2019 in Laurelwood area who needed his curved front entrance walkway leveled and recapped. My customer was pleased with the work done by Mitchell et al.

Mitchell was right to assure us that they would be able to repair the cracks in our root cellar and steps, replace the door sill and apply stamped parging. Abraham and Solomon worked with diligence, efficiency and courtesy. We are happy with the result!

Contacted Mitchell in February to remove old stone veneer from my house and parge foundation underneath. He was very quick to respond and quote the job. Booked for the warmer weather, Doug and the crew worked efficiently and did a great job with veneer removal, parging/repair, and cleaning up the site well when they were done. Contacted Mitchell again for some touch ups and again was quick to respond and offered the touch ups at no extra charge. I added some repointing/brick replacement to the scope of work. Abraham and Solomon came out and did a great job - very courteous, professional and knowledgable, working very diligently with excellent attention to detail. Would definitely recommend.

My home needed cracks repaired as well as parging and pointing. Mitchell went over the work that was needed in a friendly, professional manner and gave me a reasonable quote.The work was done on time, and the crew were very serious about doing a good job. They were all polite and friendly - and cleaned up everything. An area in the basement that needed repair was a lot larger than anticipated, and Mitchell did not increase the price. Mitchell and his group made it an enjoyable experience and I am very impressed with the results.

This firm provided very professional, high quality work. Clean up was fantastic. Very personable people. Provided a start date for the work many weeks in advance and stuck to what was promised. Finished ahead of schedule. All the workers took great care in protecting garden plants, fixtures while also replacing a window sill.
