Ah-mazing. The tile guy was phenomenal. We were under a time crunch to get our house finished and on the market, giving the tile guy a very very short time to get their jobs done, but they blew our minds with how fast they got everything finished. Not only were they fast but their work was perfect. I examined every square inch and couldn’t find a single flaw. The ripped out all our old flooring, cleaned up the entire mess, and left the job finished and show ready. I would recommend the tile guy to anyone who needs any work done, not just tile. They did our carpet, our tiling and evening offered to do our Reno’s if we hadn’t already lined someone else up.

I am extremely happy with the quote amount and the service I got on my dads new vinyl tile floor. The quality of the flooring is wonderful at great price. The installer came on time and was super friendly and did a great job. All the details you would hope for; like removing the toilet, gently taking down the baseboards and putting them back up, keeping it clean, caulking around the tub and toilet. My dad is pretty fussy and the young man was really good with my dad as well. I definitely highly recommend this company and their team and especially the young man who did my job, which I did not catch his name. He even spent a few extra minutes to fashion a piece of tile over a hole that has been open for years, that the cat could fit through to go under the trailer. We needed advice to fix an old shower stone floor. The people at Tile Guy were very obliging with suggestions. Ultimately, we opted to replace one shower floor and reseal the other one. Even though this was a small job, they gave us all the time we needed and took samples home. The job was then completed quickly and very well done with great attention to detail.

We had an amazing experience with The Tile Guy. My partner worked with Erik to suprise me with a new tile fireplace for when we returned from holidays. Erik and his staff at The Tile Guy got to work as soon as we left. We felt 100% safe leaving our house to Erik while we were away. They made sure they got the job done and made sure my house was spotless. I was thrilled to say the least! My fireplace looked beautiful, my house was clean and my cats were well loved. I highly recommend using the Tile guy for any of your flooring or bathroom needs. They don't just do tile. I had them replace the carpet on the stairs in my rental and install new laminate flooring. Both jobs turned out amazing and right on time. They do an amazing job, they don't cut corners and the installers are very professional and respectful. We will be using them again and again! I like the product and the floors make cleaning easier.. There was a problem with excess glue put on by the worker....that the manager had a go at removing...it was sticking to my kittens feet....all it all I am pleased ....I would recommend them..

Great selection of tile, lackluster service, and zero covid protocols from what we saw. Employee's were not wearing masks, and there were no barriers between staff and customers. Very tactile place and we were allowed to touch everything, no hand sanitizer provided and I couldn't help but wonder how often/if they sanitize all the sample boards. We decided to leave and go sanitize due to possible lack of cleaning. We ultimately found tile elsewhere.

Just wanted to share our gratitude for the outstanding work "The Tile Guy", has performed at our house. Four years ago we selected The Tile Guy to add a tile backsplash in our kitchen, it is spectacular. Since then they have completed two walk-in showers, bathroom vanity backsplashes, complete flooring in our lower level and in our main floor bathroom and heated tile floor in our upstairs bathroom. All of the projects exceeded our expectations. The layout, tile setting and grouting has been exceptional. From the very first call I made to them until the finish of the installation, I have been extremely happy. They actually managed to do my job sooner than originally expected, which I was very happy about as well. I wish I had called The Tile Guy much sooner, as I spent the past year trying to find a tile company to install my backsplash that would actually show up when promised. A wonderful experience with The Tile Guy from start to finish. Unlike other experiences that we have had, The Tile Guy showed up when they said they would and were very professional. Right from Eric's visit to give us a quote right through to the finish. Russell was the project manager and did most of the work himself. Very accurate work and a fabulous job in laying the tiles. They always cleaned up after themselves and tried to keep the mess to a minimum. They worked around our schedule and always kept us in the loop with communication. In some cases with choices we had to make, they offered some solid potential outcomes and experiences which made it easier for us to make the choice. The sub trades they used, the plumber and Shower Door Guy were again, very professional and quality workmanship. The quality of the shower door and install are top notch! The final product of our bathroom renovation is a thing of beauty. We definitely would use The Tile Guy for our next project.

From start to finish, the crew at The Tile Guy were amazing. Erik, came to our house on a Sunday to get an eye for the project and give us a quote. The ladies in the showroom always greeted you with a smile and made time to help answer your questions. The management team was in constant communication with how things were going. The crew who came to the house to do the prep work, the actual laying of the vinyl plank and carpet were courteous, professional, clean and trust worthy. What surprised me the most was how, unless you knew the crew was there working, you'd never know they were there - quick, and always cleaned up after themselves so you wouldn't have to! Having gone through a massive home reno and using other companies, believe me, it was such a relief to know that when The Tile Guy was there, I always knew it would be done right! I would definitely recommend The Tile Guy for your tile install. Their team was always courteous and professional right from the owner, showroom staff, supervisors to the tile setters. Their communication was great, I always knew when someone was coming and if the time changed I was always notified. There was a small incident (caught after install) with one of the tiles being chipped during install which was immediately fixed and looked flawless with the original install. Happy (very picky) client! ????
