Very happy with the work done by LDR. Sub-contractors were great to work with and the bathroom renovation turned out fabulous. The only issue was a delay with shower door as wrong one was ordered - but he workmanship on the project and the follow up to resolve small problems was great and i would recommend LDR to others for consideration.

Overall we are very pleased with having chosen Alex to coordinate our new basement development. Alex was very professional, patient and worked hard to have subtrades complete their work as closely to his original timeline as possible. His pricing was very fair and he stuck to his quote unless we both agreed to make a change. This is VERY important and hard to find these days. Far too often a quote is far too loose and ends up 10% or more than originally stated with every conceivable excuse in the book. Alex did not do this and earned our respect as a result. All elements of the development ended up being done well. Subcontractors can sometimes be a little tough to pin down and get things done based on their commitments to the General Contractor. Alex was extremely good about coordinating things, even in the face of minor difficulty. He followed up regularly with us. He ensured the finished product was done correctly. LDR Construction is a company that we would not hesitate to have do future work for us. Thank you so much for your honesty, keeping us in the loop with time line difficulties and making sure the job was done exactly as promised and on budget.
