We selected Bercum Builders to build our custom home on the basis of their past work and reputation as one of the premier custom home builders in the Okanagan. Darren and the team were involved in the project right from the beginning and worked closely with our architect. During this initial phase, Bercum provided key insights, options and recommendations, and presented us with rough costing throughout the design phase in order to keep us on budget. Once construction began our site manager Bruce (from the Bercum team) was outstanding with communication and kept us updated with detailed weekly emails which included photos and specific progress updates. Building a custom home is no easy task. Our project was further complicated by the fact that we were overseas for the entire design and build process, and we only visited once for lock-up. We placed our complete trust in the Bercum team's integrity and high standards. We were extremely satisfied as Bercum Builders not only met but exceeded our expectations with the outcome and we would certainly recommend Bercum for any new build or major renovation
