Le 18 juin, on me confirme qu’on a « perdu »mon rendez-vous et qu’il y a maintenant 1 mois d’attente pour une installation. Visiblement très déçu et très peu accommodant pour une erreur de leur part. Je ne ferai pas affaire avec eux. On me recroche : « désolé, merci à la prochaine ». Service à la clientèle ridicule ...
